Regarding Viewing Manners for the International Friendly Match vs. Borussia Dortmund on Saturday, August 1

Since this match will be held at MUFG Stadium (Japan National Stadium), some spectator manners will differ.

Regarding Prohibited Rules

To provide a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors, FC Tokyo manages match safety and security based on management regulations. When watching the match, we ask for your support in the spirit of fair play and kindly request that you comply with the prohibited items and management regulations within the stadium.

Please note that the final decision on whether the conduct in question violates the match operation management regulations will be made by the hosting club.
If prohibited acts defined in the management regulations or acts that pose security issues occur, you may be asked to leave or be banned from entering. Furthermore, please be aware that you may also be prohibited from entering matches held at stadiums other than the one where the violation occurred.

Regarding Filming and Video Usage Inside the Stadium for Match Broadcasts, etc.

Please note that all or part (including still images) of the footage filmed inside the stadium (including the concourse) for use in match broadcasts, which may include the likenesses of individual attendees, banners, flags, chants, and other creations, may be used for purposes other than match broadcasts as follows.
(1) Use on large video screens inside the stadium and various monitors installed within the venue
(2) Use in official club media
(3) Use in news programs and related media
(4) Use in video productions and various merchandise created by FC Tokyo or parties designated by FC Tokyo (including partner companies)

Prohibited Items

Except in cases where the operations and safety manager deems it particularly necessary, please refrain from bringing into the facility any prohibited items listed in the FC Tokyo Match Management Regulations as well as the items listed in the following sections.
- Bottles, cans
※Please transfer the contents of bottles and cans to paper cups at the entrance gate before entering.
※Pets are allowed to be brought in.
- Other items that security personnel recognize as potentially obstructing the operation or progress of the match, causing inconvenience or danger to others

About entering and exiting the stadium

(1) Gate Opening Time
5:00 p.m. (scheduled)
Since this match is all reserved seating and not eligible for season tickets, there will be no early entry for SOCIO members or corporate season ticket holders.

(2) Entrance Gates
The entrance gate varies depending on the type of ticket. Please enter through the gate corresponding to your ticket type. Even for the same seat category, please be aware that the entrance gate differs depending on whether it is on the north side, south side, or by level.

(4) Waiting Line Lottery Entry
This will not be conducted as all seats are reserved.
Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.

Spectator Rules

(1) All Seats Reserved
Moving from your seat during the match is prohibited (such as moving to the front of the stands to call out to players). Please watch the game from your own seat.
(2) Standing Area
The first tier of the home seats and the first tier of the visitor seats are designated standing areas where you can stand and cheer. The standing area does not require you to stand. It is an area where people standing will not be asked to "please sit down." Continuous standing in other areas is prohibited.
(3) Borussia Dortmund Wearable Area
Wearing Borussia Dortmund goods to watch the match is allowed in areas other than the home reserved seats.
Wearing Borussia Dortmund goods and cheering is strictly prohibited in the home reserved seats. Also, FC Tokyo goods cannot be worn in the visitor reserved seats. Areas other than behind the goals for both teams (1st and 2nd tiers), including wheelchair seats, are mixed home and visitor areas.
* There are no passage restrictions within the concourse for this match.
(4) About Displaying Banners (Flags, Banners)
The locations for displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) are designated.
Please refrain from displaying them outside the specified locations. Follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

(5) About the Use of Noise-Making Instruments
The use of noise-making instruments is not allowed outside the designated areas.

(6) Regarding the Use of Large Flags
・Definition of Large Flags: Flag part (at least 1m vertical × 1m horizontal) + pole at least 1m
※If there is a flag part and the size of the pole is 1 meter or more in any one place, it will be considered a large flag. However, the L flag is not included in the large flag.

※Please note that it is prohibited to ensure the safety of all visitors in places other than the designated area.
※Please be sure to pay close attention to the surrounding customers when using the large flag.
The organizer may prohibit the bringing and use of items that are deemed defamatory, abusive, racially discriminatory, for advertising purposes, against public order and morals, or otherwise deemed inappropriate for the game venue.

<Regarding the Installation and Use of Temporary Handrails at the Front of the Standing Area>
Installation and use are only possible if the following conditions are met and approved by FC Tokyo.
・Please be sure to cover the facility structure with cloth or similar material.
・In case of damage to the facility structure, FC Tokyo and the facility cannot be held responsible.

Prohibited Actions

Except when deemed particularly necessary by the operations and safety manager, please absolutely refrain from any prohibited acts described in the FC Tokyo Match Operation Management Regulations as well as the acts listed in the following items in any facility.

・Posting or displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) that may be considered defamatory or discriminatory is prohibited. As a general rule of society and as a club, if we determine that it constitutes defamation or discrimination, we will remove the display items, issue a warning for the behavior, and if it continues, ask the person to leave. In addition, if such prohibited acts are committed, there may be a penalty of being banned from attending subsequent matches.
・Use of gum tape when attaching a banner.
・Bring and use confetti, streamers, and balloons.
・Use of laser pointers.
・Throwing of all objects, including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs, from the stands.
・Deliberate seat saving (flags, strings, tape, flagpoles, etc.). For details, please check here.
・Bringing in or using drums, noise makers, or large flags outside designated areas.
・Act of "straddling, sitting, standing up" on the front fence of the stands.
- Watching and cheering by standing up on the chair or putting your feet on the backrest of the chair.
- Watching and supporting the game by leaning forward from the front of the upper stand.
・Group cheering activities in the concourse.
- Acts that may interfere with the operation or progress of the match, or may cause inconvenience or danger to others as recognized by security personnel.

Others

・Please refrain from waiting for players near the player bus area and the entrance for officials.
- We cannot store baby strollers. If you come to the venue with a baby stroller, please use the baby stroller storage area near the entrance gate. We cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage.
・There is no public parking at MUFG Stadium (Japan National Stadium), so please use public transportation.
