About Tokyo Metropolitan Government's 'Exclusion of Organized Crime Groups and Tokuryu'
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is promoting the "Three No's +1 Campaign to Expel Organized Crime Groups" to realize a "Safe and Secure City Tokyo." This campaign is based on the three principles of not fearing, not giving money to, and not using organized crime groups, plus an additional principle of not associating with them. By practicing this Three No's +1 Campaign, let's eliminate organized crime groups from society.
In recent years, there has been a problem with anonymous and fluid crime groups, commonly known as Tokuryu, which use social media and other platforms to recruit perpetrators for various crimes such as special fraud and robbery on a wide scale.
Even if you see recruitment ads such as 'high-paying part-time jobs' or 'same-day payment', do not apply lightly. Please check the job details and watch out for suspicious wording. If you happen to get involved, do not worry alone; have the courage to consult someone close to you.
