FC Tokyo will also hold the 'Adult Futsal Class (Men and Women Absolute Beginner Class)' and the 'Over 50 & Women Only Futsal Class' in March 2026. The venue will be the Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium.
Both want to kick the ball! Want to learn the basics of futsal! Want to enjoy futsal! This is a futsal class for absolute beginners.
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!

Class / Eligibility

'Men and Women Absolute Beginner Class'

This is for those who have never experienced or learned soccer or futsal before. If you have experience in soccer or futsal, please refrain from participating.

'Over 50 Class'

Men over 50 years old are eligible. All levels are welcome, and participants will enjoy playing futsal together. This will be a relaxed and easy class, so please refrain from joining if you are looking for a more serious play.

'Women Only Class'

Anyone over 18 years old can participate, regardless of gender. We will have separate training and games for the over 50 class and for men and women, but the content will be the same.

※Limited to those who can have a spirit of respect for each other among participants.

Over 50 Class: 10 people
Women Only Class: 6 people
* In case of a large number of applications, a lottery will be held (priority will be given to beginners and first-time applicants.)

Course Introduction

We will proceed with the following flow for each.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (Basics = based on stopping, kicking, and carrying the ball)
・Training 2 (Applying what was done in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)
* This class is mainly for beginners, targeting those over 50 and women, focusing on basic practice. It is also safe for those kicking a ball for the first time or who have never exercised before to participate.

 

Coaching Staff

The coach of the promotion department will be in charge.
(Please note that the coach in charge may change depending on the schedule.)
※Will be conducted with a basic formation of 2 players

 

Participation Fee

1st Round 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
※Payment will be made in advance by credit card. Details will be provided after you win.

About Cancellations

In case of cancellation, please contact the school office (by phone or email) by 5:00 p.m. the day before the event.
Please be careful, as a cancellation fee (full amount 2,200 yen) will be incurred if the deadline is missed. Additionally, in the case of no-show, you may be refused in future lotteries.

※If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. Regarding the lottery results, we will inform you by email by the deadline, which is the Friday after the deadline.
※We will also inform you by email if you are not selected. If you do not receive an email even after the next day of the deadline, please contact the following inquiry desk.

About the Waiting List

If you are not selected in the lottery, you will be placed on the waiting list. Only if a vacancy arises will we conduct another lottery and contact the selected individuals by phone.

About Facility Use

Facility Notices

・Wearing masks inside the facility is left to the discretion of the users.
・Hand sanitizing and temperature checks are available at the entrance of the gymnasium.
・Please have your meals in the 1st floor lounge and 2nd floor group break room.
・Chairs, handrails, doorknobs, and other areas inside the facility are regularly disinfected.
・Disinfectants are provided throughout the facility, so please use them.
・Please take thorough precautions against heatstroke.

You will not be allowed to enter if any of the following apply.

・In case of fever
・If you are not feeling well (e.g. cough, sore throat, loss of taste, etc.)
・If there is a person suspected of being infected among family members or close acquaintances living together

 

Others

Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself. In that case, please be sure to contact us.
・Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). You will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes, so please understand. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
・We are preparing the ball here.
・Changing rooms are available.
The portrait rights for the images and videos of this event belong to FC Tokyo, and they may be used in various productions and activity introductions. Please acknowledge this in advance before applying.
・We will responsibly handle the personal information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy and apply only after agreeing to it.
