Tokyo Football Club Co., Ltd. (hereinafter: FC Tokyo), together with its official partner Intelligent Wave Corporation (hereinafter, IWI), held the "Inclusive Football supported by Intelligent Wave" event on Saturday, June 28, 2025.
This event was held as part of the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) training jointly conducted by FC Tokyo and IWI, and also includes efforts to visualize the evaluation of the social impact gained through participation by conducting an SROI (Social Return on Investment) verification project.

Experience "mixed soccer" where everyone can enjoy together regardless of age, gender, or disability.
On the day of the event, people from various positions and backgrounds gathered on a single pitch, creating a scene of teams cooperating as they chased the ball. As a practical setting to experience diversity, each participant embraced the "differences" and shared the joy of playing together.


Additionally, we welcomed the following guests to the event, who deepened understanding of D&I through their talks.
