Tokyo Football Club Co., Ltd. (hereinafter: FC Tokyo) and official partner Intelligent Wave Inc. (hereinafter: IWI) will jointly conduct diversity & inclusion (hereinafter, D&I) training through the soccer 'experience × viewing' program, as well as an SROI (Social Return on Investment) verification project to visualize the evaluation of the social impact gained from the training.
In this project, we offer three training programs focused on D&I for IWI employees and visualize the social impact of social contribution activities using the SROI method.

□Overview of the Verification Project
FC Tokyo and IWI will conduct a D&I training program as part of their social contribution activities through sports. Additionally, with the cooperation of Takuya Tsukamoto's Laboratory at Chukyo University and Hirokazu Matsuo's Laboratory at the University of Tsukuba, the social impact of this program will be investigated and analyzed through industry-academia collaboration using the following methods.
① Qualitative survey for IWI
② Quantitative survey for event participants
③ Advertising equivalence for indirect beneficiaries (media analysis)
SROI quantitatively evaluates the social impact generated as a result of social contribution activities by converting it into monetary value, and in recent years, it has gained attention in Europe and the US as a method to measure the investability of profit-oriented activities conducted by social enterprises and organizations.
