On Mar 29 (Sat), we will hold a "Futsal Exchange Match" at Kawasaki Frontale and FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, targeting women who have participated in FC Tokyo's adult futsal and soccer classes. This will be the first event since 2018!
Let's have a heated, intense, and fun futsal exchange match as a prelude to the Tamagawa Classico.
Additionally, on March 22 (Saturday), we will conduct a pre-training session at FC Tokyo Park Fuchu to prepare for the main event. Ladies who have participated in the FC Tokyo adult futsal and soccer classes at least once, would you like to join the exchange match?

In addition to training, participants and coaches accompanying the exchange match will enjoy futsal together.
[29th: Friendly Match]
We will hold a futsal friendly match against Kawasaki Frontale. (The match format will be determined based on the number of participants)
*This will be a futsal match. The rules of futsal will be explained by the coach.

Only those who meet all of the following conditions may participate.
1. Women who have participated in FC Tokyo adult futsal/soccer classes at least once
2. Even if you cannot participate on training days, you must be able to participate in the exchange matches.
*If you cannot participate in the exchange matches, you will not be able to attend training.
3. Those who can participate in blue wear with the FC Tokyo emblem on the day of the interleague match

Let's have a passionate and beautiful futsal match after such a long time. In recent years, the TOP team's performance hasn't been great, so let's secure a victory in this preliminary match and give momentum to the TOP team! This time, we will have pre-training before the match day. The coaches will be passionate and sometimes gentle, so those participating for the first time can feel at ease. ・Please do not bring your own balls. (The facility will provide the balls)
The facility is on the rooftop of the building. Balls cannot be used outside of the pitch. Please warm up without using a ball.
・You cannot enter the pitch with spikes. (Please use training shoes or futsal shoes)
・There are lockers in the dressing room, but the number is limited. Please understand in advance.
