[Joining in 2027] Announcement of FC Tokyo U-15 Musashi Selection Event
In forming the U-15 Musashi team for the 2027 season, we will conduct a selection for current 6th-grade elementary school students based on the following details.
Selection Overview
Target
Current 6th-grade elementary school students (born between April 2, 2014 and April 1, 2015)
※We will generally ensure that you can commute to the practice location (Tokyo Gakugei University Attached Koganei Junior High School) within 90 minutes from your home.

※Please check the examination guide sent by email after confirming your application and participation ticket for details such as the meeting time.
* The email will be sent to the address registered with your J.League ID as of the application deadline (Sunday, May 17).
* The 2nd and 3rd selections will be communicated only to those who pass.

After that, please submit the documents completed up to step (4) on the day of the selection.

<Handling of Personal Information>
We will responsibly handle the personal information you provide in accordance with our "Privacy Policy." Please read the "Privacy Policy," agree to it, and fill in the required information.
Application Procedure
(1) Create a J.League ID in the name of the player participating in the selection
(2) Register in the application form
(3) Pay the participation fee and issue the <Selection Participation Ticket>
(4) Download the <Examination Consent Form>, fill in the required information, and attach the <Selection Participation Ticket>
(5) Submit the <Examination Consent Form> at the reception on the day of the selection
Detailed Application Procedure
(1) Create a J.League ID in the name of the player participating in the selection
Please select "Obtain a J.League ID and proceed" on the authentication screen of the application form below.
If you already have a J.League ID in the name of the player, please select "Log in with J.League ID and proceed."

(2) Registration on the Application Form
Please access the application form at the bottom of the page and enter the required information.
*Please be sure to log in with the J.League ID of the player participating in the selection.
* After completing registration on the application form, a completion screen will be displayed, and a "Application Completion Email" will be sent to the email address registered with your J.League ID.
Please set your email to receive notifications from the address "@fctokyo.co.jp".
(3) Payment of Participation Fee and Issuance of <Selection Participation Ticket>
① Payment of the participation fee via the "Selection Participation Ticket Purchase URL" provided in the "Application Completion Email"
*For those who have completed both the registration of the application form and the payment of the participation fee by the application deadline of May 13 (Wed), details of the first selection (examination number, time, etc.) will be sent by email. The above email will be sent to the email address registered with the J.League ID by May 19 (Tue).
*Please note that purchases cannot be made during the maintenance period scheduled below. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
J.League Ticket Temporary Maintenance Period

② Confirmation of the Payment Slip Number
You will receive a "Ticket Application Confirmation" email from J.League Ticket (jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp). Please check the "Payment Slip Number (13 digits)" listed in the email.
※ Please set your settings to receive emails from "jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp".
※If you do not receive an email, please log in to the J.League Ticket official website and you can also check from the "Purchase History" in the upper right menu button.
③ Issue the <Selection Participation Ticket> at a Seven-Eleven store
Please provide the "Payment Slip Number (13 digits)" at the store register and issue your ticket. Informing them in advance that it is an "Internet purchase" will make the issuance process smoother.
A system usage fee, issuance fee, and payment processing fee may apply per ticket, depending on the payment method.
For credit card payments (including d payment and Rakuten Pay), you cannot issue a ticket at Seven-Eleven until 24 hours have passed after the purchase procedure to prevent fraudulent use. If you want to issue a ticket within 24 hours, such as just before the deadline, please select 'Pay at Seven-Eleven.'
(4) Download the <Examination Acceptance Form>, fill in the required information, and attach the <Selection Participation Ticket>
Please download the PDF <Examination Acceptance Form> at the bottom of this page and fill in the required information.
If you belong to a team, the handwritten signature of the team representative (such as the coach) is required.
Please attach the <Selection Participation Ticket> in the designated position of the <Examination Acceptance Form>.
If you are not currently affiliated with a team, a handwritten signature from the team representative (such as the coach) is not required.
(5) Please submit the <Examination Acceptance Form> at the reception on the day of the selection
Be sure to check for any omissions in the required information, the handwritten signature of the team representative (coach), and the attachment of the <Selection Participation Ticket>, and submit it at the reception on the day of the selection.
Please note that if there are any deficiencies in the submitted documents, you may not be able to participate in the selection.
Please check the details of the [Application Procedure] above and complete steps (1) to (3) by the application deadline. After that, please submit the completed documents by (4) on the day.
