We will be holding the 8th Enjoy Futsal Tournament at FC Tokyo Park Fuchu.
The winning team will receive an original FC Tokyo Park Fuchu uniform as a prize.
Additionally, a rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held with official FC Tokyo merchandise as prizes.
Let's have fun kicking the ball together with friends and everyone!

FC Tokyo Park Fuchu (Artificial Turf)
・1-41-2 Miyacho, Fuchu City, Tokyo, Japan, on the rooftop of Mitten Fuchu
・About a 1-minute walk from Keio Line "Fuchu Station" South Exit
・About a 5-minute walk from JR Nambu Line and Musashino Line "Fuchu-Hommachi Station"
・There is a "Fuchu Station South Exit Municipal Parking Lot" in the basement of this facility's building, but parking services are not provided for users of this facility.

For challenge beginners to experienced players
* Experienced players, please participate according to the tournament level.
* This is not a tournament for competitive-oriented players.

・Teams composed of members aged 18 and over (each team must have at least 5 members; high school students are not allowed to participate)

Enjoy Futsal Tournament Rules

Please make sure that all team members check and understand before applying.
We ask for your cooperation so that everyone can enjoy and participate comfortably!

① Negative remarks are prohibited
② Women’s goals count as 2 points
③ After a goal is scored, restart from the center circle
④ The goalkeeper’s restart is a throw
⑤ Restart from the touchline is a kick-in * Be sure to place the ball by hand.
⑥ Player substitutions are free ※ Please make substitutions on your own side of the court at an appropriate timing
⑦ No 4-second rule, no 5 fouls, therefore no second penalty kicks ※ However, if the referee judges that a player is clearly holding the ball too long, the restart will be with the opponent's ball.
⑧ If the ball hits the net overhead, the restart will be a kick-in from the nearest touchline by the opposing team.
⑨ Back-pass rule
The goalkeeper cannot handle with their hands an intentional pass played by a teammate using their feet.
⑩ Dangerous actions such as sliding that may injure an opponent are prohibited.
If such actions are observed
・Yellow card to the team
* Two yellow cards result in a red card and one player is sent off
・Restart with opponent's ball from the touchline
・Attacking side: Goal is disallowed
・Defending side: If inside the penalty area, the opponent is awarded 1 point
⑫ If not gathered on the court by the match start time, it is a 3-0 forfeit loss
* A match is valid with at least 3 players.
* Even in the case of a forfeit loss, the game can be played until the original match time. However, the result will not change.
* Since the interval between matches is only 2 minutes, please gather near the court entrance 5 minutes before the match start time.

About Cancellations

We accept inquiries by phone only.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations on or after Apr 26 (Sun), a cancellation fee will be charged.
① Until Apr 25 (Sat): Free
② Apr 26 (Sun) to May 1 (Fri): 50% of the tournament participation fee (¥11,000)
③ May 2 (Sat) to the day of the event: 100% of the tournament participation fee (¥22,000)
* Please note that we cannot accept inquiries outside business hours. (Business hours 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.)

About the Waiting List

■ Until 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 25 We will notify you by email in order.
* Please note that if your reservation is completed even once, a cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations from Sunday, April 26 onward.
■ From Sunday, April 26
We will contact you by phone in order.
* If you are unavailable, please return the call by 10:00 p.m. on the day of the incoming call.
If there is no return call, please understand that the advancement will be invalidated.
* Please cancel your waiting list status as soon as you become unable to attend.

About Tournament Cancellation

・If the minimum number of teams to proceed is not met: Decision will be made 5 days prior (Thursday, April 30)
* We will contact you by phone by 10:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1 (by email if you are unavailable).
・If cancellation is decided on the day (e.g., severe weather): Notification will be posted on the facility’s website at least 2 hours before the start time.
* Please check by yourself.
* Basically, the event will be held even in rainy weather.
・If severe bad weather is clearly expected before the day of the tournament: We will notify on the facility's website as soon as the cancellation decision is made.
* Please check by yourself.

Notes

・This is not a competition to determine winners or losers. Please participate with respect for your teammates and opponents.
* Please participate only if you understand and agree to the purpose and special rules of this tournament.
・Spikes are not allowed. Please participate wearing training shoes or futsal shoes.
* Rental shoes are available for 500 yen per pair. The quantity and sizes are limited.
・Bringing your own ball and using it outside the court is prohibited.
* Provided by the facility.
・For safety, we recommend wearing shin guards.
・Please remove all accessories while playing. (Glasses and smartwatches are also not allowed) ※Only sports glasses are permitted
・Please understand that we are not responsible for any accidents, loss, or damage to valuables at this facility.
・Drinking and bringing alcohol is prohibited.
・There is no smoking area on the rooftop.
・Please note that photos and videos taken during the event may be published on FC Tokyo's official website, advertising media, the facility's website, and the facility staff blog to introduce FC Tokyo's activities.
・The personal information we receive may be used to provide information about FC Tokyo and facility events.
・The personal information we receive will be handled responsibly in accordance with the facility's established "Privacy Policy."
