Walking Football is "soccer played while walking."
It is said that football for seniors aged 55 and over, held in England in July 2011, is the origin.
The Japan Football Association has introduced a unique Japanese rule called "non-contact (not going for the ball)" so that even those who have never played soccer, are not good at exercise, or have disabilities can play without fear.
