At FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, we are recruiting participants for events where you can receive coaching from FC Tokyo Promotion Department coaches.

Theme: "Moves to Lose Your Marker"
We will organize and train on when, where, and how to move in order to lose your marker.
The goal is to lose your marker and score in front of the goal where time and space are limited.

・One-Day Skill-Up Soccer Class
【Grades 1 & 2】2:00 p.m. – 3:10 p.m.
【Grades 3–6】3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Theme: "Offense and Defense in Front of the Goal"
This training focuses on the moments in front of the goal where the tension is highest during a match.
Decisions to attack or defend are repeatedly practiced under intensity close to that of an actual match.
We organize "what to look at" and "how to choose plays" in front of the goal, aiming to develop the ability to make decisions and perform plays even in high-intensity situations.

[5th Grade Elementary and Up] 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

“Park de ZUMBA®”
Date & Time: March 29 (Mon, National Holiday) 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Dance fitness "ZUMBA®" that anyone can enjoy regardless of age, gender, or dance experience will be held on the open rooftop!
Centered on Latin music, just moving your body to rhythms from around the world becomes a full-body workout before you know it. FC Tokyo fans and supporters might even be able to dance to that familiar "cheering song"!?
Please take this opportunity to experience ZUMBA®, which helps you have fun while also addressing lack of exercise.
