At AO-AKA PARK supported by JOYPOLIS, we will implement mobile ordering (pre-sale) using the stadium and arena solution "UriCall."

"UriCall" is a pre-sale and payment mobile order service that allows you to go to the store and receive your products at your desired time without lining up or worrying about items selling out.
You can easily order stadium gourmet from your smartphone or computer without the need to download an app or register as a member.

□About the Sales Method
Click on 'Order Here' to access the order page, where you can select your desired menu and pick-up time slot.
In addition, it is possible to place orders for multiple stores' products together if they are in the same time zone.
※Please present the redemption number of the corresponding store when receiving, as a redemption number will be issued for each store.
※Sales limits are set for each time zone.

・Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If it is not picked up by the closing time of AO-AKA PARK supported by JOYPOLIS, it will be discarded.
・It may take a few minutes for the order information to be reflected when using PayPay
・We recommend using Safari or Chrome as your browser. Feature phones are not available.
・When using the browser within the X app, please do not select LINE for identity verification.
・Please wait until the order completion screen is displayed after entering the payment information. To confirm whether the order has been placed, please check the order history screen.
・If you close the browser or leave the page before the order completion screen is displayed, the payment process may be completed. In such cases, the payment will be canceled a few days later, so there will be no burden on the user.
・A call notification will be sent from the system via SMS or LINE approximately 5 minutes before the designated time. Please present the call notification or the exchange number of the order history when exchanging the goods.
・The system of this service uses "UriCall" by Uhuru Corporation, and the details such as credit card transactions will be listed as "UriCall".
