We will implement ticket sales using the "Dynamic Pricing" system for three home games held after August, with the aim of setting ticket prices at a reasonable price that meets the needs of fans and supporters and attracting more customers to attend.

In sales using dynamic pricing, the ticket prices may vary depending on the timing of purchase, even for the same match. Please make sure to check the latest prices before making a purchase.

□What is Dynamic Pricing?
"Dynamic Pricing" is a system that automatically changes ticket prices based on big data analysis of factors such as game schedule, seat type, market conditions, weather, and individual preferences, in order to predict demand for each game and sell tickets at an appropriate price.
With dynamic pricing, the price of tickets for the same match may vary depending on the timing of your purchase. Please make sure to check the latest price before purchasing tickets.
The pricing will be determined based on the past ticket sales records of FC Tokyo and the sales records during the sales period, using the unique price calculation technology of Dynamic Plus Co., Ltd.

All seat types are planned to be targeted.

Q3 Are member prices also subject to dynamic pricing?
A: This applies to the target. We will sell it at a member price that multiplies the discount rate for each seat type by the calculated regular price.

Q4 Is it possible for the price to be lower than the base price?
A: Yes. Depending on factors such as sales conditions and weather, the pricing may be lower than the base price. However, for seat types that are expected to be sold out based on past sales records, the pricing is expected to be higher than the base price.

Q5 What are the prices on the day of the match?
A: The prices on the day of the match will also be sold at dynamic pricing.

Q6 Are there upper and lower limits for dynamic pricing?
A: There is no upper limit price. The lower limit will not fall below the unit price of the season ticket (unit price per match).

Q7 Is it possible for general admission seats to be priced higher than reserved seats?
A: Yes. The price is determined by the supply and demand balance, so there is a possibility that general admission tickets may be priced higher than reserved seats. The same applies to reserved seats as well.

Q8 How much is the payment amount when choosing convenience store payment for purchases made on the web?
A: The payment amount will be based on the price at the time of booking the ticket on the web.

Q9 Will there be any additional payments or refunds due to price fluctuations?
A: There will be no additional charges or refunds even if the price changes at a later date.

Q10 What is the amount of the refund?
A: In the event that a match is canceled or postponed, a refund will be issued for the ticket price at the time of purchase.

Q11 Can I change or cancel my ticket?
A: Just like regular sales, changes or cancellations after purchasing tickets are not allowed.

A: As before, it is possible to resell QR tickets purchased through FC Tokyo. The maximum listing price will be the purchase amount.

A: It will be held irregularly. However, there will be no more than 2 changes per day.

A: Based on the past ticket sales performance of FC Tokyo, the sales performance during the sales period, and the latest sales situation, it will be conducted using Dynamic Plus Co., Ltd.'s unique price calculation technology.
