About spectator manners for the 11/5 (Sat) Kawasaki match
In matches during the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to the existing J-League common viewing manners and rules, we will proceed with preparations in accordance with the newly established "J-League COVID-19 Response Guidelines".
Depending on the spread of COVID-19, government announcements, and decisions by local authorities, restrictions, transition timings, and operational methods may change suddenly.
Also, this match will be a "voice support operation verification target match", and some seats will be designated as "voice support area". The match will be held under different viewing rules and guidelines than before.
For customers who are planning to visit, we kindly ask you to comply with the rules and guidelines for watching the game.

About the J.League Unified Prohibition Rules
To provide a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors, FC Tokyo manages match safety and security based on management regulations. When watching the game, we ask for your support in the spirit of fair play and for compliance with the prohibited items inside the stadium, as well as the J.League Unified Prohibition Rules (J.League Common Viewing Manners & Rules) and the FC Tokyo Match Management Regulations.
Please note that whether the relevant behavior violates the match operation management regulations will be ultimately determined by the J.League or each club. If prohibited acts defined in the management regulations or acts that pose security issues occur, you may be asked to leave or be banned from entering.
Furthermore, please be aware that you may also be prohibited from entering matches other than the stadium where the violation occurred.
□Regarding Filming and Use of Video Inside the Stadium for Match Broadcasts, etc.
All or part (including still images) of the footage filmed inside the stadium (including concourses) for the purpose of use in match broadcasts, etc. (including portraits of individual visitors, banners, flags, chants, and other creations) may be used for the following purposes other than match broadcasts, so please be aware in advance.
(1) Use on large video screens inside the stadium and various monitors installed within the venue
(2) Use by the J.League and official club media
(3) Use in news programs and related media
(4) Use in video works and various merchandise produced by the J.League or those designated by the J.League (including partner companies)
Things required of all visitors
(1) Please have the courage to refrain from attending if it is difficult for you.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g. if you have symptoms such as a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell)
・If you are under restrictions due to a positive diagnosis received from a medical institution or other means (including cases where you have received a positive diagnosis through testing even before the diagnosis)
・If there are individuals in your cohabiting family or close acquaintances who are suspected of being infected
・If you have traveled to countries or regions that have entry restrictions or require observation periods imposed by government authorities within the past 14 days, and have received a positive action restriction from public institutions.
(2) Please do not engage in handshakes, hugs, etc.
(3) Please maintain social distance (when entering and exiting, in lines for the restroom, etc.).
※Please use the restroom and shops during the match start or halftime as they may be crowded. Please try to use them at a different time if possible.
(4) Please always wear a mask at the stadium.
※We recommend non-woven fabric masks with high filtration efficiency.
However, in the following cases, masks are not required.
① If there are respiratory diseases or allergies that make it difficult to wear, take alternative measures such as maintaining distance from other visitors.
②When removing the mask for heat stroke prevention, refrain from talking, cheering, or speaking loudly, and consider cough etiquette. If there is a need for conversation, cheering, or speaking loudly, please wear a mask in advance.
If you are eating or drinking, remove your mask, but do not engage in conversation, cheering, or speaking while your mask is off.
※Staff may approach those who are not wearing masks for reasons other than those mentioned above. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

※As announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, even after receiving the vaccine, please continue to wear masks as a preventive measure against infection.
※Infants under 2 years old can enter and watch the game without wearing a mask, as stated in the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 10 regarding the impact on infants and children). We do not require preschool children aged 2 and above to wear masks uniformly. If wearing a mask continuously is difficult due to the individual's physical condition, it is not necessary to wear it forcibly. If you do not wear a mask, we kindly ask for your cooperation in other infection prevention measures such as social distancing, along with the parents, to prevent infection.
(5) Please cooperate with "cough etiquette" to prevent infection from coughing and sneezing droplets.
(6) Please wash your hands and disinfect your fingers frequently.
Please bring disinfectant (such as portable bottles) as much as possible from the perspective of infection prevention.
(7) Temperature checks are being conducted at the entrance gate.
Entry will not be permitted if your temperature is 37.5°C or higher. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
□ Prohibited Items
Except when deemed particularly necessary by the operations or safety manager, please refrain from bringing into the facility any items prohibited under the J.League unified prohibited items list as well as those listed in the following items.

※Please transfer the contents of bottles and cans to paper cups at the entrance gate before entering.
※Pets are allowed to be brought in.
・Items that security guards recognize as potentially interfering with the operation or progress of other matches, causing inconvenience or danger to others
□ About the Entrance Waiting Line
We will organize the waiting line for admission in conjunction with the installation of the general seating area. We will provide detailed information on the implementation method as soon as it is determined.
* We will not organize waiting lines to secure the order of entry before the opening for visitor reserved seats. Please refrain from forming waiting lines around the stadium in advance.
□ Entrance and Exit to the Stadium
(1) Priority admission will be given to SOCIO members and corporate annual ticket holders before general admission.

(2) For a certain period after the gates open, the types of seats allowed for entry will be restricted by gate. If you plan to enter early, please check your seat type and the gate through which you can enter.

(3) Temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be allowed if it is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher.
Please note that refunds will not be provided even if entry is denied. Also, when entry is refused, we may ask for your contact information.
(4) Hand sanitizer will be placed on the concourse after entering the gate. Please be sure to disinfect your hands.

□ Viewing Seats
(1) The lower tier of the home free seating and the lower tier of the visitor designated seats are standing areas where you can stand and cheer.
The standing area does not require standing. It is an area where people are not asked to sit. Standing continuously in other areas is prohibited.
(2) Only watching the game while wearing visitor goods is allowed in the following areas:
Visitor designated seats, Main SS designated seats south side, Main S designated seats south side

(3) Seats will be assigned by filling them up, except for the "Cheering Area".

(2) Rules for watching in the "Cheering Area"
・Wear a non-woven mask

・In principle, face the pitch when cheering
However, those who cheer without facing the pitch (assumed to be the cheerleaders of the supporters' group) must maintain a physical distance of 2 meters square
・The use of Tramega for the purpose of coordinating support is permitted.
(3) The following actions are prohibited.
・Seat relocation during watching the game
※Move forward to the front of the stands and cheer for the players, approach others from all sides without leaving a gap, sit next to someone without leaving a gap, shoulder-to-shoulder, etc.
・Before the match, at halftime, and after the match, you are allowed to eat and drink when vocal support is not being conducted (bringing alcoholic beverages is not allowed). Even before the match, at halftime, and after the match, if vocal support is being conducted or during the match, eating and drinking will continue to be prohibited. (However, hydration with fluids other than alcoholic beverages is allowed).
※Please refrain from speaking when replenishing fluids and promptly wear a mask after replenishing.
・Cheering outside the designated cheering seats, concourses, and outside the venue
(4) Regarding the use of musical instruments
・Available noisemakers: Drums only (no other noisemakers can be used)
・Available seats for taiko drums: Lower level of home general seating and lower level of visitor designated seating
(5) Regarding the use of flags
・Definition of Okihata: Flag part (vertical 1m or more × horizontal 1m or more) + pole 1m or more
※If the size of the flag part and the pole is 1 meter or more in any one place, it will become a large flag.
・Area where flags can be used: Lower level of home general seating and front row of visitor designated seating
※Please note that it is prohibited to enter areas other than the designated area in order to ensure the safety of all visitors.
※Please be sure to pay close attention to the surrounding customers when using the large flag.
The organizer may prohibit the bringing and use of items that are deemed defamatory, abusive, racially discriminatory, for advertising purposes, against public order and morals, or otherwise deemed inappropriate for the game venue.

Those who will prepare banners (flags, banners) in advance, please gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Side Triangle Plaza" inside the stadium grounds 120 minutes before the gates open. Temperature checks will also be conducted for those preparing in advance, and entry will be denied if the temperature is 37.5°C or higher, so please understand in advance. Also, displaying banners (flags, banners) after the gates open is possible.
・Visitor Team Banners
They can be displayed after the gates open. Prior display is not allowed.
※Please confirm with the staff in advance before posting and follow their instructions.
※The use of duct tape when attaching banners is prohibited.
□Prohibited Acts
Except when specifically recognized as necessary by the operations and safety manager, please absolutely refrain from any acts unified as prohibited by the J.League as well as the acts listed in the following items at any facility.
・Posting or displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) that may be considered defamatory or discriminatory is prohibited. As a general rule of society and as a club, if we determine that it constitutes defamation or discrimination, we will remove the display items, issue a warning for the behavior, and if it continues, ask the person to leave. In addition, if such prohibited acts are committed, there may be a penalty of being banned from attending subsequent matches.
・Use of gum tape when attaching a banner.
・Bring and use confetti, streamers, and balloons.
・Use of laser pointers.
・Throwing of all objects, including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs, from the stands.
・Intentional place holding (flags, ropes, tapes, flagpoles, etc.).
・No bringing or using drums, etc. or large flags outside the designated area.
・Act of "straddling, sitting, standing up" on the front fence of the stands.
- Watching and cheering by standing up on the chair or putting your feet on the backrest of the chair.
- Watching and supporting the game by leaning forward from the front of the upper stand.
・Group cheering activities in the concourse.
- Acts that may interfere with the operation or progress of the match, and may cause inconvenience or danger to others as recognized by security personnel.
□Others
・Please refrain from waiting near the player bus area or the staff entrance.
・If you would like to leave your stroller, please inform the staff at the entrance.
・There is no general parking lot at Ajinomoto Stadium, so please use public transportation.
