As announced by the J-League on Sep 9 (Fri), the entrance restrictions for spectator areas other than the vocal support area have been changed from 50% to 100%. However, due to infection prevention measures, the seating spacing in the vocal support area still needs to be maintained, so it will continue to operate with a maximum of 50%. For more details on the revised vocal support guidelines, click here.

We will hold the home games of October 2 as "Voice Support Applicable Matches".
Please check the changes and precautions for the event in advance. For those who have chosen the refund method for the home general admission SOCIO and those who have purchased tickets for the second half of 2022, we have set a period for accepting refund requests, so please apply within the designated period if you wish to receive a refund.

* The matches on Sep 3 (Sat) against Yokohama F.Marinos and Sep 18 (Sun) against Kyoto Sanga F.C. are not applicable matches. Please note that these matches will be held with the usual spectator manners.

□ Notes
1. Establishment of Vocal Support Areas
Only the following seat types will be designated as "Vocal Support Areas" and will be arranged in a checkerboard pattern
・Home General Admission Lower Level
・Visitor General Admission Lower Level
*The upper level stands are not "cheering sections".
※Please note that we will conduct ticket checks when entering the "Cheering Area," so please present your ticket when entering the area.
※Wearing a non-woven mask is required within the same area.
※Food and drink are allowed when vocal support is not being conducted before the match, at halftime, and after the match (bringing alcoholic beverages is not allowed). However, food and drink are not allowed during the match and when vocal support is being conducted before the match, at halftime, and after the match (except for hydration with non-alcoholic beverages).
※Please note that the seat type change service for designated seat SOCIO members to general admission seats is also available for this match. However, please be aware that seat type changes cannot be made if the corresponding seat type is sold out.

【Regarding seat spacing】
For this match, in the home general seating area and the lower level of the visitor general seating area, which will be designated as the "vocal support area," please be seated with one seat space in between in a checkerboard pattern.
※Please note that there are areas in the stadium where seats are not arranged regularly due to the structure.

Tickets will be sold with seats arranged closely except in the vocal support area.

2. Regarding Viewing for SOCIO and Corporate Annual Ticket Holders 
Based on the revised J.League COVID-19 response guidelines and the government’s basic policy updated on Sep 9 (Fri), the vocal support area will have a 50% capacity limit, while areas outside the vocal support area will be at 100% capacity.
As mentioned earlier, the "vocal support area" will have seats spaced apart, while areas other than the "vocal support area" will have seats arranged closely for seating.

【Dear SOCIO Members】
Seating with space between seats will only be available in the lower section of the home free seating, so it will be conducted under Pattern A. Regardless of the advance seating method, refund method, or tickets for the next six months, you can enter with a SOCIO card.
Only home free seating SOCIO members who have selected the refund method and purchased tickets for the next six months will be able to apply for refunds. (See below 3.)
Additionally, for those home free seating SOCIO members who wish to watch in the "Cheering Area", please obtain an entry ticket for the "Cheering Area" in advance, so those who wish to do so, please do not forget to complete the procedure (See below 4.)

For corporate annual ticket holders
Corporate annual ticket holders can use exchange tickets.
Please bring your ticket for the match and proceed to the exchange tent.
* For those with home general admission tickets, we will ask for your preference of lower or upper tier at the time of exchange and provide the tickets accordingly.

3. Refund method selection and reception for refunds for home general admission tickets SOCIO for the second half of the year
Regarding refund methods and second half of the year tickets, it is stated that "we will refund games that have become limited in terms of holding and require seating with spacing between seats at the time of sale."
For this match, those with home general admission tickets will need to have some seating space between certain areas, so we will be offering refunds to those who have selected the refund method and purchased a second-half season ticket within the home general admission SOCIO. This refund reception will be available only to those who wish to receive it.

We have published the reception form URL on the member-only My Page for home free seat SOCIO members who have selected the refund method and purchased tickets for the second half of the year. Please log in to the member-only My Page and access the reception form from the "Announcement" section to submit your application.

※Refunds will be made after the end of the season
※Those who have applied for a refund will not be able to enter the Shonan Bellmare match on Oct 8 (Sat) and the Cerezo Osaka match on Oct 12 (Wed) with the SOCIO card. Additionally, the rights of resale and transfer will be lost.
※Refund applications are common for both the Shonan Bellmare match on Oct 8 (Sat) and the Cerezo Osaka match on Oct 12 (Wed). Please note that you cannot apply for only one of the matches, so please be aware of this in advance.
※Please note that for those who have applied for a refund, the resale and transfer period for the Kawasaki Frontale match on November 5 (Sat) may be shortened due to system settings.

4. Admission method to the "Voice Support Area" for SOCIO general admission seats
Since it is expected that many SOCIO members will attend, please obtain an admission ticket in advance to enter the "Voice Support Area".

①Access the FC Tokyo ticket sales page
②Select the "Cheering with Voice" option for the lower level of the home stadium
③Select the "Cheering Area" ticket/QR ticket (J-Ticket) for FC Tokyo and Home General Admission SOCIO members
④Select "1 ticket" from the quantity options (selecting 2 or more tickets will result in an error)
⑤Confirm the details and select "Proceed to Purchase"
⑥Select "No Payment" for the payment method and "QR Ticket Issuance" for the ticket collection method
⑦Check the box to agree to the terms of use and select "Confirm Purchase" to complete the acquisition
※After completing the acquisition of the admission ticket, the obtained ticket will be displayed in the "Ticket List / QR Issuance" section of the account menu on My Page.

(2) Please present the admission ticket (QR code) for the "Cheering Area" that you have obtained in advance when entering the "Cheering Area" for vocal support.
※You cannot enter the "Cheering Area with Voice" using a SOCIO card

5. Regarding changing seat types to Back Free Seats
For corporate annual ticket holders who have purchased Home Free Seats SOCIO and Home Free Seats, we will accept seat type changes to Back Free Seats on the day of the match. Please come to the Main/Back member reception tent on the day of the match for registration.
