Regarding holding matches at 100% capacity
At FC Tokyo, if the application of the priority measures for preventing the spread of COVID-19 is lifted, we will operate matches with 100% capacity from April onwards. There may be changes such as setting up a partially free seating area from all assigned seating, so please check the following changes.
This will be the first home game held at 100% capacity in about two years since the AFC Champions League in February 2020. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation with the infection prevention measures so far, and to continue taking steady steps toward normalcy, we kindly ask for your continued understanding and cooperation.
□Changes for Matches at 100% Capacity
① Entry with SOCIO Card
・For matches at 100% capacity, all SOCIO members can enter using their SOCIO card regardless of the selected method (advance seating allocation or refund). (Held under Pattern A)
② Establishment of Free Seating Areas
・The following areas will be designated as free seating areas.
Applicable seat types: Home Free Seating, Back Free Seating, South Side Free Seating, Visitor Free Seating
③End of Checkerboard Seating
・Checkerboard seating will end in all areas, and tickets will be sold with seats filled consecutively.

・Priority entry will be provided to SOCIO members and corporate season ticket holders before the general gates open. Please check the official website for further details, which will be announced separately.
⑤ Implementation of Entrance Queue Management
・With the establishment of free seating areas, entrance queue management will be conducted. Please check the official website, etc., for details on the implementation method, which will be announced separately.

□ Continued Request for Cooperation
We kindly ask all attendees to continue cooperating with measures to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus.
(1) If attending is difficult, please have the courage to refrain from coming.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g., symptoms such as a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell)
・If you are under restrictions due to a positive diagnosis received from a medical institution or other means (including cases where you have received a positive diagnosis through testing even before the diagnosis)
・If there are individuals in your cohabiting family or close acquaintances who are suspected of being infected
・If you have a travel history to countries or regions that have been subject to entry restrictions and required observation periods after entry by the government within the past 14 days, or if you have received a positive action restriction from a public institution due to such travel history
(2) Please do not shake hands or hug.
(3) Please maintain social distancing (when entering and exiting, in lines for restrooms, etc.).
Especially just before the match starts and during halftime, restrooms and concession stands tend to be crowded, so please try to use them at other times as much as possible.
(4) Please always wear a mask at the stadium.
・We recommend using highly effective non-woven fabric.
・As announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, it is important to continue taking preventive measures against infection even after receiving the vaccine.
・Staff will ask those who are not wearing masks to put them on. ・Infants under 2 years old may enter and watch the game without wearing a mask, as stated in the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (regarding the effects on infants and children, question 10). For preschool children aged 2 and older, mask-wearing is recommended; however, if they wear masks, parents or surrounding adults should carefully monitor the child's condition. If the child is unwell or finds it difficult to wear a mask continuously, there is no need to force them to wear one. If masks are not worn, we kindly ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures such as social distancing together with the guardians.
(5) Please wash your hands and sanitize your fingers frequently.
・From the perspective of infection prevention, please bring disinfectant (such as a portable bottle) as much as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
