We will start accepting applications for "2021 Annual Tickets" and "2021 Club Support Members" from Dec 14 (Mon) 15:00.

Due to changes in seat allocation and pricing for the annual tickets, automatic renewal will not be implemented for both the "2021 Annual Tickets" and the "2021 Club Support Members" for the 2021 season.

Also, please note that there are important points to consider when applying for the "2021 Annual Tickets". Therefore, please make sure to check this page and the detailed page before applying, and proceed with the application process on your own.
* The detailed page for the annual tickets is scheduled to open at 10:00 a.m. on Dec 14 (Mon), so please wait a little longer.

◇2021 Annual Ticket
□Target Matches

* For details in case the match cannot be held as usual due to seat restrictions, etc., please check below 【"Remote Match" or "Restricted Match" Cases】.

□ Main Changes for the 2021 Season
Change ① Seat allocation and pricing have been revised.
Seating Arrangement

※Depending on the sales situation, there may be some areas that are not open.
※The standing area (lower level of the home general admission seats) does not require standing.
This is an area where people standing will not be told to "please sit down."
* The seat types where you can wear visitor goods and support the visiting team are the "Main SS Reserved Seat South Side," "Main S Reserved Seat South Side," and "Visitor General Admission". All other seat types are designated for FC Tokyo supporters.

<Price> We will offer a higher discount rate per match compared to the 2020 season!

◇U-18: Under 18 years old (for those born after January 1, 2003)
◇Senior: 65 years old and above (for those born before December 31, 1956)
◇For ticket types without prices listed under "General Prices", there will be no advance or same-day ticket sales.
◇Preschool children do not need a ticket as long as they watch on a guardian's lap.

[Key Points of Seat Allocation Changes]
□ Back Stand Area
① Establishment of Back General Admission Seats
② Establishment of Back Center Reserved Seats
・The 3 blocks of Home Center General Admission Seats will expand to 6 blocks, including the upper tier area.
・Seats will change from general admission to reserved.
③ Changes to Back SB and SU Reserved Seats
・The names will be changed.
・The 3 blocks of Back SB Reserved Seats will expand to 6 blocks, and Back SU Reserved Seats will be limited to the upper front northern area excluding the Back SB Reserved Seats.
④ Establishment of South Side General Admission Seats
* Due to the above changes, the "Back Upper Tier General Admission Seats" will be abolished.

North Stand Area
①Change of Home SG Designated Seats
・The name will be changed.
・It will consist of all blocks in the upper front section starting from Block 7.
＜Before Back Stand Change＞

After Backstand Change

For those who purchased the "Back SB Designated Seat" in the 2020 season, the same seat will be provided as the "Back Center UF Designated Seat." Those who purchased the "Main SS Designated Seat" and "Main S Designated Seat" will also be provided the same seat as usual.

Change ② The application for the "Family Ticket Type" will be discontinued for all seat categories, and the "U-18 Ticket Type," which was introduced in advance for the home free seating in the 2020 season, will be implemented.
・The U-18 ticket type can be purchased individually starting from one seat.
・Seats where F1 and F2 were seated for family tickets will also be reserved together for the 2021 season.
※If you wish to purchase seats together for F1 and F2, please enter "Request to sit with F1 or F2 ○○" in the "Remarks" field and purchase with your full name. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for sitting together if your SOCIO number and full name are not provided.
・As a "new application," the SOCIO number will be a new number, and a new SOCIO card will be issued. The continuous years will also start from the first year.

Change ③ The target age and applicable seat types for the "Senior ticket type" have been changed.

※Currently, those who do not meet the above target age and seat type for the "Senior ticket type" will apply at the price of "1 seat".

Change ④ From February 3, 2020, a "J.League ID" is required to apply for a season ticket.

・Only one set can be applied for with one J.League ID.
※Even if you apply for two or more sets under the same name, you will need two or more J-League IDs.
・If you wish to change the name on the annual ticket application, please first change the name on your J.League ID in My Page before applying.
※You cannot change the name on the application page.

□ About Sending Renewal Notices
We will stop sending renewal notices from the 2021 season.
Please obtain a J.League ID and complete the application procedure online.

□ About Auto-Renewal
We had planned to introduce an auto-renewal system via credit card payment from the 2021 season, but due to changes in seat allocation and pricing, we will not be implementing it in the 2021 season. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please be sure to complete the application procedure yourself.

□ In the Event of a "Remote Match" or a "Restricted Match"
In the event that the "rights※" that were planned to be provided at the time of annual ticket sales cannot be provided for a game, we will refund them all "after the end of the season".
※"Rights" means...
①The right to enter the annual ticket eligible games
②The right to watch the game from the purchased seat type and seat (in the case of designated seats)
* Refunds will not be provided if there are restrictions on cheering, eating and drinking, events, etc.

※If all seats are designated seats without seat spacing, the following information will be provided. (Planned)
Designated seats: No refunds for regular operation (entry with SOCIO card/watching from your own seat)
General admission: No refunds for J-Ticket 0 yen tickets (QR entry (not available with SOCIO card)/watching from secured seat)

The refund amount is as follows.
(Annual ticket amount - Annual ticket operating cost) ÷ Number of annual ticket eligible matches × Number of refundable matches
※We will refund the following price by subtracting a flat rate of "5,800 yen" as the annual ticket operating cost from the selling price.
※Regardless of seat type/ticket type/years of continuous use, the operating COSTA will be the same.
※No need to return the various benefits of the annual ticket.
* Amounts less than 1 yen will be rounded up and refunded.

□ About the Method of Determining Reserved Seats in the Back Stand
・It is possible to purchase adjacent seats/consecutive seats. There is a field to enter the "Name of the person requesting adjacent seats" at the time of application, so if you enter the name of the person you wish to sit next to there, we will prepare seats next to each other.

・Reserved seats will be determined by the club, so we do not accept detailed seat specifications at the time of application, and we determine the seat position based on the above rules.
We will determine the seat position based on the desired area shown in the diagram for the "Back Center Designated Seat" according to the above rules.
Furthermore, if you fill in the "Designated Seat Request" field with your desired seat location and submit your application, we will do our best to consider your request and determine your seat.
※Please note that we cannot guarantee to accommodate all requests.

□ Regarding the Waiting List for "Pair Seats"
"Pair Seats" are currently sold out, but if vacancies occur during the 2020 season, priority will be given to those continuing as SOCIO members. If you wish to be placed on the waiting list, please indicate this in the <Request Field> at the time of application.

□To Everyone Who Has Purchased Corporate Season Tickets
We will provide further information regarding the handling of corporate season tickets at a later date.
