In order to organize the FC Tokyo U-15 Fukagawa team for the 2019 season, we will conduct selections for current 6th grade elementary school students based on the following criteria.

□Target
Currently, field players and goalkeepers who are in the 6th grade of elementary school (born between April 2, 2006 and April 1, 2007)
※We will generally require that you be able to commute to the practice location (Tokyo Gas Fukagawa Ground) from your home within 90 minutes.

・2nd Selection Sep 16 (Sun) *Reserved day Sep 17 (Mon, public holiday)
・3rd Selection *Will be notified only to successful applicants
・4th Selection *Will be notified only to successful applicants

※We will inform you separately about the meeting time at a later date.
※If the selection cannot be held on the day due to bad weather or other reasons, it will be rescheduled to a backup date.

3,100 yen (including tax)
* Includes insurance fee and commemorative item cost
* Payment is required when purchasing the application ticket.
* Please note that there are no refunds if you cancel your application.
