The Japan Football Association announced that Yojiro TAKAHAGI from F.C.TOKYO was selected to the SAMURAI BLUE (Japan National Team) squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia Asian Qualifiers Final Round.

"It is my honor to be a member of the Japan National Team. Since I believe the next two games are very important, I will do my best to win in order to participate in the World Cup."
