FC Tokyo will hold the "18th Tokyo Gas Cup Mrs. Soccer Festival" this year, targeting Mrs. as well as last year.
The venue will continue to use the excellent pitch of "Tokinosu Sports Center" as it did last year, and the accommodation will be provided at the facilities of "Hotel Tokinosu," which is famous for its hot springs and local beer.
It is the best environment not only for soccer but also for refreshing the mind and body.

If there are many applicants, the participating teams will be determined by lottery. Details of the lottery method will be notified by the secretariat later.
 

Eligibility 
(1) A team consisting of married women or women over 30 years old by the day of the tournament can register at least 12 members as a general rule.
(2) A team that can participate until the end of the tournament schedule.
(3) A team that has all members enrolled in sports injury insurance.
(4) Players are not double registered with other teams participating in this festival.
(5) Even players who have been registered for the All Japan Championship in the past and have national team experience can participate up to 2 players per team if they are married and over 30 years old.
(6) Teams that can provide accommodation.

□Festival Details 
(1) Matches by participating teams
We aim to enjoy football by adopting unique rules and have a festival format, and we hope that all participants will have fun playing.
(2) Social gathering among participating teams 

Match Format 
Qualifying league with 4 teams x 4 blocks
⇒Ranking tournament between teams with the same rank in each block
 
□Referee Conditions 
(1) Staff of FC Tokyo will conduct 
(2) The referee method shall conform to the regulations of the Japan Football Association.
 
□Tournament Regulations 
(1) The rules shall comply with the Japan Football Association Competition Regulations.
(2) The match pairings shall be determined by the tournament office.
(3) The match duration shall be a total of 40 minutes, consisting of two halves of 20 minutes each (with a 5-minute halftime), and in principle, no stoppage time will be added. *In case of rain, the preliminary league will consist of two halves of 15 minutes each for a total of 30 minutes (with a 5-minute halftime).
(4) A match shall be valid with 8 players, and any number of substitutes may be used. Additionally, a player who has been substituted may participate in the same match again.
(5) Each team will play a total of 4 matches in the preliminary league and ranking matches.
(6) In the league matches, rankings will be determined by points (win → 3, draw → 1, loss → 0). In case of equal points, the ranking will be determined by (1) goal difference, (2) total goals scored, (3) results of matches between the teams in question, and (4) a draw.
(7) A size 5 lightweight ball will be used, provided by the tournament office.
(8) In the case of a walkover, the score will be recorded as 7-0.
