□ Tournament Overview
≪Second League≫
　Teams that enter each stage of the second league table are drawn based on their rankings as of May 11th in the Premier League and Prince League, forming 4 blocks with 6 teams each.
※FC Tokyo U-18 will participate in the second round of the tournament as they belong to the Premier League EAST.
≪Ranking Determination Tournament≫
　The top 3 teams from each group in the second league will participate in a ranking determination tournament to determine their final positions.
　※The top 11 teams will be given eligibility to participate in the 39th Japan Club Youth Soccer Championship (U-18) tournament.
