"I have decided to leave FC Tokyo. It is very sad to leave the club and I am disappointed to part with my teammates. The two years at FC Tokyo have been a series of valuable experiences for me. There were good times and also times that were not so good, but each of them is a precious memory for me. And I am proud to have worn the number 16 jersey of FC Tokyo. I was blessed with teammates who always greeted me with a smile and coaching staff who always put the players first. I am truly happy to have been able to compete in J1, J3, and ACL with this team and these teammates."
