□ What is Walking Football?
Walking football is a form of soccer played by walking.
Since there is no running or physical contact, elderly people, beginners, and those exercising after a long time can safely kick the ball and interact with others.

[Park Fuchu Specific Rules]
・Everyone plays by walking (Let's walk a lot!)
・All balls are ground balls
・Stealing the ball while maintaining possession is prohibited
・Ball possession time is up to 6 seconds・Both teammates and opponents are prohibited from entering the goal area
