2025 Season “TOKYO GROW WITH” Program Activity Report ①

We report on the activities of the "TOKYO GROW WITH" program (student business staff) implemented from the 2025 season.

This program aims for student business staff to expand their potential and aspire to become the next generation of leaders through experience in a real sports environment.

□New Employee Orientation (Chofu Office)
We conducted a new employee orientation at the start of this program.
In addition to having the first meeting with the business staff of each assigned department, we reviewed the club overview and the mindset required as business staff.

□Home Game Operation Observation (Kashiwa Reysol Match @ Japan National Stadium)

On Apr 11 (Fri), we conducted a home game operation observation at the match against Kashiwa Reysol held at Japan National Stadium.
We observed the business staff operations at home game venues, including the staff-only areas inside the Japan National Stadium, allowing student business staff to envision themselves participating in home game management.

□Student Business Staff Comments
[Public Relations Promotion Department - Mr./Ms. S]
After entering university, I developed a strong interest in the sports business field and participated in internships and training programs with many soccer teams both domestically and internationally to apply what I learned. Through these experiences, I vaguely set a goal to work in a job related to sports in the future. When I saw the announcement that FC Tokyo was recruiting student business staff, I thought I absolutely must not miss this opportunity and applied.
I mainly handle media interviews and cover team practices through photography and communication. As part of the Public Relations and Promotion Department, I will do my best to let many people both in Japan and abroad know the appeal of FC Tokyo! Thank you for your support!

[Merchandising Department - Mr. H]
I participated in this program with the desire to achieve further growth by working practically in the sports industry while still a student. This program provides an opportunity to be involved in the real-world planning of merchandise, which I believe will be a great learning experience.
In this program, you will learn the basics of merchandising (product planning and product policy) in the sports industry and actively engage in promotional planning and other activities.
Through this program, I would like to strive not only for my own growth but also to further develop FC Tokyo's merchandising area with new ideas from a student perspective. Thank you for your continued support.

[Area Promotion Department - Mr. O]
Nice to meet you. After graduating from high school, I studied abroad in the United States, where I experienced North American sports business and entertainment firsthand. I applied for this program because I want to someday give back my experience to the club I love.
I will focus on community engagement and social collaboration initiatives, working to make FC Tokyo feel closer to everyone through booth exhibitions on match days and external events. If you see me at the stadium or events, please feel free to say hello! Thank you!

[Operations Department - Mr. T]
As my future vision, I aim to become a person who contributes to the development of the sports industry and engage in activities that create smiles for people through the value of sports. Through more practical activities at the club, I hope to grow into a professional who thrives in the sports industry.
The Operations Department strives to create a better stadium environment for all visitors by maintaining a broad perspective and conducting match operations based on hospitality. As a member of the club FC Tokyo, we take responsibility seriously and aim to grow personally by taking on many challenges.

[Entertainment Department - Mr. H]
The reason I applied for the student business staff position is that I wanted to be involved in soccer, which I have enjoyed as a spectator until now, from the management side. Furthermore, since the recruitment was for the club FC Tokyo, which I have supported since I was a child, I applied without hesitation.
I have been assigned to the Entertainment Department, and from now on, I want to create opportunities for many people to come to love the sport of soccer and the club FC Tokyo. While making use of the unique perspective of a student, I will work daily to become a fully recognized professional as a member of society.

We received numerous applications for this program, which started recruiting in February this year. Thank you very much to all the students and everyone who showed interest.

Activity reports will continue to be posted irregularly.
