1. About Your Visit
①There is no parking at Kodaira Ground. Please refrain from coming by private car or motorcycle. Parking at nearby commercial facilities is not only considered a nuisance and may lead to reporting, but it may also result in the cancellation of future practice sessions being open to the public, so please absolutely refrain from doing so.
* Please note that even if you use nearby commercial facilities, if your main purpose is to visit Kodaira Ground or if you are seen wearing FC Tokyo merchandise, you may also be subject to reporting, so please be careful.
② When arriving by bicycle, please cooperate by following the guidance of staff and security personnel and park in the designated bicycle area.
③ It is prohibited to gather in large numbers in front of nearby stores or to raise loud voices on surrounding roads, as these actions disturb the local residents.
2. About the Facility
① The number of chairs at the observation site is limited. You may bring your own portable chair, but please be considerate of those around you if there are many visitors. Please refrain from spreading out items such as vinyl sheets. Additionally, please take care to manage your valuables and personal belongings.
② Please refrain from eating at Kodaira Ground. Also, please take your trash home with you.
③ It is prohibited to display banners, etc. without prior permission from the club.
④ Pets are not allowed. Please note that bringing them into the facility area in any form, including in carrying bags, is prohibited.
⑤ There is no roof at the observation area, so please bring your own rain gear. Additionally, there are no covered rest areas, so please prepare for heat, sun exposure, and cold in advance.
⑥ If you have symptoms such as fever or feeling unwell, please refrain from attending. If clear symptoms of illness are observed, you may be asked to leave the facility.
3. Response to Severe Weather and Summer Period
① In the event that severe weather is anticipated based on prior forecasts, or if the heat index standards during the summer period (such as the issuance of heatstroke warning alerts) indicate potential risks, or if there are concerns due to the spread of infectious diseases, we may cancel public practice sessions to ensure the safety of spectators, players, and staff. Please be aware of this in advance. If a decision to cancel is made by the day before, we will notify you on the top team schedule page. When considering your visit, please be sure to check the schedule in advance.
On the day of the event, if there is sudden bad weather or if the heat index exceeds the standard value, we may announce the cancellation of observation or interaction after training, even during training. Safety is our top priority, so we ask for your cooperation in ensuring a smooth exit.
[Notes for Observing Practice]
Please follow the instructions and guidance of security personnel and staff, and observe in the designated area.
Please refrain from filming during training, both video and still images. All filming is prohibited regardless of the equipment used, such as video cameras, digital cameras, tablets, smartphones, or for personal viewing as a keepsake. Additionally, taking notes on training content or participating players, as well as posting on social media in text form, is also prohibited. This is to prevent the potential sharing of information with other clubs we will be competing against. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Please refrain from speaking to players during training.
④There may be balls flying into the viewing area, so please be careful. Also, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or health issues that may occur during practice observations.
[Important Notes for Interaction]
On the day of the event, only the winners and their companions will be allowed entry to Kodaira Ground.
Only winners can enter the interaction area. Accompanying persons who are in elementary school or older will need to wait outside the interaction area behind the winners.
Up to one accompanying adult for preschool children can enter the interaction area, but please note that they cannot participate in the interaction.
④ The content of the "interaction" will consist of photo (still image) taking and autograph signing, and as a general rule, we ask for your cooperation in allowing one item per person per player (either one photo session or one autograph). Additionally, please refrain from video recording.
To minimize the time players stop to converse, we ask for your cooperation among fans, considering the conditions of those around you and the players.
⑥Please refrain from bringing items or leaving them with players for photography, especially for infants and young children. Also, please refrain from giving players your smartphone or camera to take photos.
Photos taken during the "Interaction" event (still images) can be posted on social media, etc.
You may bring letters and gifts for the players, but as a general rule, please do not hand them directly to the players. Instead, write the name of the player on the item and place it in the box located in the "Interaction" zone. Staff will deliver them to each player. Additionally, we cannot accept food, beverages, hazardous materials, expensive items, or valuables, so please understand this in advance. (If any prohibited items are found in the box, they will be disposed of.)
It is not permitted to sell player signatures, photos, etc., without the club's permission. Please use them for personal enjoyment on social media or personal websites.
10. In the event of sudden cancellation of practice, cancellation of interactions due to rain, etc., the winning ticket will be rendered invalid. Thank you for your understanding.
Please be aware that there may be players who do not participate in practice or interactions due to reasons such as condition or recovery training.
During past interactions, many customers were observed following the rules. However, the following actions were found to be in violation of the above rules.
・We have informed each player that they can choose either a signature or a photo, but despite this, we received both a signature and a photo from each player.
・Despite only offering high fives during rainy weather, the parent took a photo of their child with the player and requested a photo shoot.
・Despite only offering high fives in case of rain, I stopped a player and got their autograph.
If such behavior is found in the future, we will ask for your membership number and name on the spot, and exclude you from fan service-related lotteries such as future interactions. Also, please be aware that you will be asked to leave on the day of the interaction. We ask for your cooperation so that everyone can enjoy the interaction fairly.
【Regarding Photography, Video Recording, and Information Handling】
① During the time that players, coaches, and staff are on the field, all forms of photography, including video cameras, digital cameras, tablets, smartphones, etc., are strictly prohibited, regardless of whether it is for personal viewing or as a keepsake. Additionally, taking notes on practice content or participating players, as well as posting on social media in written form, is also prohibited. This is to prevent the potential sharing of information with competing clubs, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Taking photos and posting on social media when there are no players before or after practice is not a problem.
