This is an announcement regarding the delivery date of the SOCIO card, membership card, and various benefits for everyone who applied for the SOCIO (annual ticket) and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP for the 2025 season.
□SOCIO (Annual Ticket) Pre-Delivery and Venue Pickup Information
[Advance Shipment]
Those with automatic renewal, those who have made payments by January 5, 2025 (Sunday), and those with pair seats are eligible for advance shipment.
The shipping method varies depending on whether a SOCIO card is issued and whether a special pin badge is included, so please check the details below.
Delivery Category 1 / Home Delivery

Those who fall under any of the following categories
・For those who will receive a SOCIO card
・Those who will receive a special benefit pin badge (new members, 10-year continuous members, and 20-year continuous members)
・Everyone who applied for SOCIO at the same time as applying for OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP
※If you are processing SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP separately, they will be sent separately.
・For those who selected the pair seat "Parking Available"
[Shipping Date]
Starting from February 7, 2025 (Friday), SOCIO cards and various benefits will be shipped sequentially.
*Since the shipping will be done sequentially, it may take up to a week from the above shipping date.
※Please note that you cannot specify the arrival date or time before delivery.
If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a notice of absence in your mailbox, so please contact the phone number listed on the notice and request a redelivery.
[Regarding Simultaneous Application for Official Membership]
・The membership card set for those who applied for Big Frames Premium simultaneously will be delivered in a "special box" separate from SOCIO.
・The membership card set for those who applied for Big Frames, Regular, and U-18 simultaneously will be sent together with SOCIO.
*If you are processing SOCIO and Official Membership separately, they will be sent separately.

[Shipping Date]
Starting from Feb 10 (Mon), 2025, a complete set of information regarding 2025 SOCIO will be sent out sequentially.
*It will be delivered to the mailbox at the registered address.
[Venue Delivery]
Customers who make payments after Jan 6, 2025 (Mon) will receive their tickets at the venue of home games after the FC Machida Zelvia match on Feb 22 (Sat).
Please note that it may take some time to receive your tickets at the venue, so please be aware of this in advance.
We will inform you again on the official homepage or other means as soon as the date and location for pick-up are decided.

*Even for those with the same address, delivery may be delayed by a few days depending on the shipping status. Big Frames, Regular, and U-18 will be delivered by mail, so please check the mailbox at the registered address.
Additionally, the serial key for the 2025 benefit ticket can be confirmed from the application and payment completion email, or from the member-only My Page. Those who have continued with automatic renewal can check from the member My Page.
Before delivery, when using the 2025 special benefit ticket, please check the email sent upon completion of the payment process or from your member-only My Page.

It will be shipped by courier on Feb 12 (Wed).
* Membership cards for those who have chosen to decline the benefits will be shipped sequentially starting from February 4 (Tuesday).
