Regarding the recruitment of members for "2024 FC TOKYO OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP", we would like to inform you as follows. For those who are members of 2023 OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP BIGFLAMES PREMIUM, we have set a priority continuation period, so please proceed with the procedure as soon as possible if you wish to continue.
Note: There will be no automatic renewal from 2023 to 2024. Even if you have selected automatic renewal when joining the 2023 season, please make sure to complete the renewal process yourself.

(3) Big Frames/Big Frames Premium Early Enrollment Benefits
For those who apply and complete payment for Big Frames and Big Frames Premium by January 31, 2024 (Wed), we will present a goods coupon worth 1,000 yen that can be used at the official online shop.

(4) U-18 Limited Membership Commemorative Goods
Upon joining U-18, you will receive a U-18 original wristband as a gift.

Regarding Favorite Player Registration and Favorite Player's T-shirt, as well as Big Frame Premium Signed Uniform
(1) Favorite player registration, which you will register at the time of joining, will be chosen from players announced for the 2023 season and players who have joined before the 2024 new system is announced, so please understand. Please note that it may take some time before newly announced players can be selected.
(2) The jersey number and player name of the Favorite Player's T-shirt to be delivered will be based on your registered favorite players, but please understand that we cannot guarantee that the registered player will be the one you receive. (There is no period for changing your favorite registered players after joining. Also, please note that we cannot accommodate individual requests for changes.)
(3) For those who have joined the Big Frames Premium, we plan to provide the signed authentic uniform based on your top favorite registered player. If the player registered as your top choice transfers, we will then use the second choice, and if the second choice also transfers, we will use the third choice. Due to the ordering and pressing work for names & numbers, signing, and shipping, we will proceed based on the information as of December 24 to ensure delivery before the start of the 2024 season. Therefore, for those whose top three favorite players are no longer available by the 24th, we will contact you individually.
