FC Tokyo will collaborate with the Tokyo Metropolitan Health and Medical Bureau to promote "What You Can Do Now" health initiatives in the new normal following the outbreak of the novel coronavirus. We will be conducting a PR campaign for the "Easy to Practice! Health Creation Support Guide".

On Saturday, October 28, 2023, at the 2023 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Sec. 31 vs. Sanfrecce Hiroshima (15:00 kickoff at Ajinomoto Stadium), we will distribute promotional goods, and interviews with players and staff will be featured on the "FC Tokyo Special Page" within the "Easy to Practice! Health Promotion Guide" web page. We hope this serves as an opportunity for Tokyo residents to promote their health.


□Implementation Details
1. Distribution of promotional goods at the Sanfrecce Hiroshima match on October 28 (Saturday)
Promotional goods (flyers, sticky notes, clear files) for the "Easy to Practice! Health Promotion Guide" co-created by Tokyo Metropolitan Government and FC Tokyo will be distributed in the stadium concourse.

2. Awareness Message Video Broadcast
A large screen will broadcast an awareness message video by player Kei KOIZUMI.

※The message video will be released on the club's official SNS at a later date.

3. WEB page "Easy Practice! Health Creation Support Guide" to be released on "FC Tokyo Special Feature Page"!
Interview with Kei KOIZUMI and FC Tokyo staff will be posted. The special feature page will be released gradually, so stay tuned!
