About the J.League Unified Prohibition Rules
FC Tokyo conducts safety management and security measures for matches based on its management regulations in order to provide a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors. When attending matches, we kindly ask for your support in accordance with the spirit of fair play, as well as compliance with the prohibited items within the stadium and the J-League unified prohibited rules (J-League Common Match Etiquette & Rules) and management regulations.
Please note that whether or not such actions violate the match operation management regulations will be ultimately determined by the J-League or each club.
If prohibited acts specified in the management regulations or acts that pose security problems are committed, you may be subject to expulsion or entry prohibition. Furthermore, please be aware that entry to matches at stadiums other than where the violation occurred may also be prohibited.

Regarding filming and use of footage inside the stadium during game broadcasts, etc.
Video footage (including individual portraits of visitors, banners, flags, chants, etc.) taken for the purpose of broadcasting during matches or other uses within the stadium (including the concourse) may be used for the following purposes, in addition to broadcasting during matches. Please be aware of this in advance.
(1) Use on the stadium's large video display and various monitors installed inside the venue.
(2) Use on J-League and club official media.
(3) Use on news programs and related media.
(4) Use in video works produced by J-League or designated individuals (including partner companies) and various merchandise.
□Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited from being brought into the facility, unless specifically deemed necessary by the J-League's management and safety personnel, as well as any items listed in the J-League's unified list of prohibited items.

・Items that security guards recognize as potentially interfering with the operation or progress of other matches, causing inconvenience or danger to others

□Spectator Rules
(1) All seats are reserved
During the match, moving from your seat is prohibited (such as moving to the front of the stand to shout at players). Please watch the game from your own seat.
(2) Standing Area
The first level of the home seats and the first level of the visitor seats can be used as a standing area to cheer while standing. The standing area does not force standing. It is an area where you do not tell those standing to "please sit down." Standing while watching is prohibited in other areas.
(3) Visitor Merchandise Wearing Area
Wearing visitor merchandise is only allowed in the following areas.
・Visitor seats
・Main SS designated seats south side
・Main S designated seats south side
・Cushioned seats
* The main SS designated seats south side, main S designated seats south side, and cushioned seats are mixed areas.
* Wearing visitor merchandise and cheering for the visitor team is not allowed in any area other than the above.
* Please note that the main SSS designated seats are cheering seats for FC Tokyo, regardless of the north or south side.
(4) Traffic Regulations in the Concourse
Those wearing visitor team uniforms and merchandise are not allowed to pass to the north side stand (levels 1-3). Also, those wearing FC Tokyo uniforms and merchandise are not allowed to pass to the south side stand visitor designated seat area (levels 1-3), so please be careful.
(5) Displaying Banners (Flags, Banners)
The location for displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) has been determined. Please refrain from displaying them in places other than the designated location. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

The organizer may prohibit the bringing in and use of materials that are defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, for advertising purposes, against public order and morals, or otherwise deemed inappropriate for the game venue.
Prohibited Actions
Unless specifically deemed necessary by the management and safety officer, please refrain from engaging in any of the following actions at any facility, in accordance with the J-League's unified prohibited actions and the following items:
・Posting or displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) that may be considered defamatory or discriminatory is prohibited. As a general rule of society and as a club, if we determine that it constitutes defamation or discrimination, we will remove the display items, issue a warning for the behavior, and if it continues, ask the person to leave. In addition, if such prohibited acts are committed, there may be a penalty of being banned from attending subsequent matches.
・Use of gum tape when attaching a banner.
・Bring and use confetti, streamers, and balloons.
・Use of laser pointers.
・Throwing of all objects, including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs, from the stands.
・Intentional place holding (flags, ropes, tapes, flagpoles, etc.). Please click here for more information.
・No bringing or using drums, etc. or large flags outside the designated area.
・Act of "straddling, sitting, standing up" on the front fence of the stands.
- Watching and cheering by standing up on the chair or putting your feet on the backrest of the chair.
- Watching and supporting the game by leaning forward from the front of the upper stand.
・Group cheering activities in the concourse.
- Acts that may interfere with the operation or progress of the match, or may cause inconvenience or danger to others as recognized by security personnel.

・Please refrain from waiting for players near the player bus area and the entrance for officials.
- We cannot store baby strollers. If you come to the venue with a baby stroller, please use the baby stroller storage area near the entrance gate. We cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage.
・There is no general parking lot at the Japan National Stadium, so please use public transportation.
