Continuing from last season, we have collaborated with the hometown Tokyo Metropolitan Government to invite people who have been evacuated from Ukraine to home games in Tokyo.
We hope that everyone who has been evacuated from Ukraine can enjoy their life in Japan through sports, even if it's just a little.
Target Match
June 3rd (Sat), 2023 Meiji Yasuda J1 League
Sec. 16 FC Tokyo vs Yokohama F.Marinos
(Kickoff at 3:00 PM/Ajinomoto Stadium)
□Target Audience
Approximately 45 people from Ukraine who have been evacuated to Tokyo and their supporters who wish to attend the game (including interpreters and other accompanying persons).
□Comments from Spectators
Lyubomir Danchuk (11 years old)
"I am a fan of Shakhtar Donetsk. Just like when I went to the stadium in Ukraine, today I had a lot of fun watching soccer at the stadium in Japan for the first time and supporting FC Tokyo. The result was disappointing, but the goals and cheers from FC Tokyo were enjoyable, and my heart feels as fulfilled as if we had won. I want to come back to support again."
