Regarding the wheelchair seats, parking spaces for people with disabilities, and magnetic loop seats for the Urawa Reds match on Feb 18 (Sat), the operational methods are as follows. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 □ How to use wheelchair seats
No advance reservation is required for using wheelchair seats.
Please purchase tickets and come directly to the stadium.

1. Viewing Area
"Main S Front North Side" and "Main S Front South Side" Wheelchair Seats (Former Permanent Wheelchair Seats/25 seats each)
"Main S Rear North Side" and "Main S Rear South Side" and "Back Rear" and "Back Center Rear" Wheelchair Seats (Former Temporary Wheelchair Seats/around 80 seats)
※Home seats, visitor general admission seats, and wheelchair seats at the back of the south side general admission seats are not available for use.

2. Ticket Purchase
Only one accompanying person is allowed, and for 2 or more people, please note that they will be watching the game from the seat of the purchased ticket.

▽Home Wheelchair Seats※This is the cheering section for FC Tokyo.
(1) For those who have a disability certificate
Customers using wheelchairs + 1 accompanying person: Please purchase a general admission ticket.
2 or more accompanying persons: Please purchase tickets for wheelchair seats to watch the game.

(2) If you do not have a disability certificate, please purchase a ticket for the wheelchair seating area to watch the game.

※ The wheelchair seats in the Main S front (north and south sides) are prioritized for those who have a disability certificate. Depending on the usage on the day, you may be guided to the wheelchair seats in the Main S rear (north and south sides), so please understand in advance.

▽Visitor Wheelchair Seats
※Only Main S Front Wheelchair Seats (South Side) and Main S Rear Wheelchair Seats (South Side) are available for wheelchair seating where you can watch the game while wearing the visitor team's uniform and merchandise.
※Please note that other seat types will be FC Tokyo's cheering seats.

(1) For those who have a disability certificate
Customers using wheelchairs + 1 accompanying person: Please purchase a visitor seat ticket.
2 or more accompanying persons: Please purchase tickets for wheelchair seats to watch the game.

(2) For those who do not have a disability certificate, please purchase tickets for the number of people who will be watching from the wheelchair seating section.

3. Wheelchair Accessible Entrance
There is a dedicated entrance for wheelchair access. You can also enter from the main gate.
※Please make sure to bring your disability certificate as we may ask to check it at the wheelchair entrance.

□ Disabled parking
Advance application is required. Parking is not available for those who do not apply, so please be sure to apply during the application period.

Please include the following necessary information in the email body and apply
1. Name (Furigana) 2. Address 3. Phone number 4. Email address 4. Name of the eligible person (if different from the applicant) 5. Desired seating (wheelchair seat or general spectator seat) 6. Vehicle information (manufacturer, model, color, license plate number)
◇ Please download and use the attached PDF of the disabled parking application form located at the bottom.
* For those applying for the first time this season, please be sure to submit a copy of your disability certificate as well.

(2) We will send you the match day information by email at least two business days before the match day.
※If you do not receive an email by the day before the match, please contact the following inquiry desk.
※Please note that we are unable to accept individual inquiries regarding the results of the lottery.
※Please set your email settings to allow receiving emails from "@fctokyo.co.jp" so that you can receive the notification email.

3. Application Period
General Ticket Sales Date Feb 6 (Mon) 10:00 - Feb 11 (Sat)
※Please note that we cannot accept applications before the start of the application period or after the deadline.

□ Magnetic Loop Seats
At Ajinomoto Stadium, we have established "Magnetic Loop Seats" so that those using hearing aids can also enjoy the game. These seats use the "telecoil" function built into hearing aids to deliver sound picked up by a microphone directly to the hearing aid.

Main S Seat [South Side, Lower Level] 5,500 yen
※Please note that seat selection is not available.

2. How to Use
(1) Please fill in the necessary information on the application form and apply by email during the application period using one of the following methods:(unei@fctokyo.co.jp).

※PDF, Excel, jpg, and other file formats are acceptable.
② Fill in the following necessary items in the email body and apply.
1. Applicant's name (in furigana) 2. Address 3. Phone number 4. Email address 5. Target person (if different from the applicant) 6. Number of customers using the magnetic loop seat 7. Number of accompanying persons

※Please also submit a copy of your disability certificate when applying for the season for those who have a disability certificate.

(2) Tickets and invoices will be sent by mail up to 2 business days before the match day.
※Please contact the following inquiry desk if you have not received your tickets by the day before the match.

3. Application Period

4. Others
(1) Each individual will need to prepare a hearing aid with telecoil function for this service.
(2) This is only for advance reservation and sales. Please note that we cannot prepare on the day.
