We apologize for the inconvenience to customers currently using this plan, but we kindly ask you to proceed with the application process for switching to another electricity or gas company by Jan 31, 2023 (Tue).

Since the start of our business, we have been working hard to provide energy services that support the lives of each customer. However, due to the drastic changes in social conditions, including recent international situations, it has become difficult to maintain the specifications of the services we have provided to our customers, leading to the decision to terminate the plan.


□ What we ask customers to do
Please complete the application process for switching to another electricity or gas company by Jan 31, 2023 (Tue). If you wish to apply to Tokyo Gas, it is also possible for Hinatao Energy to act as an agent to complete the switching application with your consent.
