On November 5th (Sat), we will operate and implement the following arrangements for organizing the waiting queue for the Kawasaki Frontale match. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

The entrance waiting line is for organizing the order of entry at the time of opening.
Even if you arrive at the stadium after the gates open and in time for kick-off, there are seats available for you to sit, so it is not necessary to line up.

Please determine your arrival time based on your own method of watching.

Seats that can be entered for a certain period of time from the opening will be restricted for each gate. If you enter early, please check your seat type and the gate you can enter.

Please prepare the numbered ticket you obtained in advance and line up in the waiting area (see the waiting area below) 30 minutes before the gates open (see how to line up in the waiting area below).
If you are not present when the line is organized, your numbered ticket will be invalidated.

・For Those Who Do Not Have a Numbered Ticket
You may line up at the end of the line after 9:00 a.m. on the day of the match. After lining up once, you may leave the line. Please return to the waiting area by the designated time.

①Organizing the Waiting Line Inside the Venue (9:00)
Please line up in the waiting line area at the main gate on the day of the match. After securing your spot, you are free to leave the waiting line.
※Customers with reserved seat tickets can enter from the main gate regardless of the seat type.

② Preparing for Entry (30 minutes before opening)
All individuals who have reserved a spot, please return to the waiting area by the designated time.
If you are not present at the gathering time, your spot reservation will be invalidated.

We do not organize a waiting line to secure the order of entry before the opening of the visitors designated seat. Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.
