FC Tokyo will be conducting a "Friend Referral Campaign" targeting FC Tokyo Soccer and Futsal School students and their friends (those who join after participating in this project), so we would like to inform you.
Please check the following overview and introduce it to your friends and people around you.

□Campaign Details
We will present a limited edition soccer ball with the club emblem printed to both the school student who meets the conditions and their friend.

□Target
▽School students (introduced by someone)
Those who attend FC Tokyo Soccer and Futsal School (excluding staff dispatch schools)
※Selected Class and Advanced Class are also eligible.

▽Friends (new members)
Those who participate in a free trial at the eligible school during the period of June 1, 2022 (Wed) to July 31, 2022 (Sun) and join within 4 days.
※Please enter the name of the selected class student in the introducer field when applying for a free trial.
※Only available for schools with vacancies

Except for the staff dispatch schools, FC Tokyo Soccer and Futsal Schools (Fukagawa, Kodaira, Omori, Chofu Hidaka, Sendagaya, Musashino-En, Kinshicho, Kokubunji, Kamishakujii, Kichijoji, Fuchu, Fuchu Futsal, Aozora, Private School Shirokane, Amino Vital
※Only available for schools with vacancies

□Notes
・For one new member, there can be one referring person (school student).
・The free trial for friends is limited to the above target schools.
・Even if the "new member" and the "referrer" attend different locations, they are still eligible for this campaign.
・The soccer ball benefit will be handed out at the school location you attend.
・If the referrer section is not filled out at the time of applying for the free trial, it will be invalid, so please be careful.
・You cannot apply for a free trial or membership in classes that are full. Please wait until a spot opens up or consider applying for a free trial or membership in other classes with availability.
・We may need to confirm with the referrer.
・If the referrer’s information is incorrect, it will not be eligible for this campaign.
