On May 8 (Sun), during the Sagan Tosu match, we will operate and implement the organization of the waiting line for entry as follows. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

The entrance waiting line is for organizing the order of entry at the time of opening.
Even if you arrive at the stadium after the gates open and in time for kick-off, there are seats available for you to sit, so it is not necessary to line up.
Please determine your arrival time based on your preferred method of watching the game.

□ Operation of the entrance waiting line

□ For general admission ticket holders (SOCIO and general)
※ For a certain period after the SOCIO gates open, the seat types allowed to enter through each gate are restricted. Also, immediately after the gates open, passage within the concourse is restricted, so you cannot pass through between the North Side Stand and the Back Stand. Those entering early, please confirm your seat type and the gate you can enter through, line up in the waiting line area, and then enter.

For home general admission ticket holders: Please enter from the North Gate 2.
For those with a back free seat: Please enter through Gate 2 at the back.

①Organizing the waiting line outside the venue (Jun 6 (Fri) 22:00〜)
Please reserve your spot in the designated area (refer to "BETO storage area" below) in order with PET bottles (refer to "PET bottles" below).
The installation locations differ depending on the entrance gate (North Gate 2, Back Gate 2) and whether you are SOCIO or general admission.

② Moving inside the venue (on the day of the match at 9:00)
The club will move the PET bottles to the waiting area inside the venue (refer to "waiting area" below). There is no need for the representative to come to the stadium at this point.
If you are waiting in line after 9:00, please line up at the end of the waiting line area.

③ Preparing for Entry (30 minutes before opening)
All individuals who have reserved a spot, please return to the waiting area 30 minutes before the designated opening time.
Those who are not present at the gathering time will have their reserved spots invalidated. After returning to the waiting line, you cannot leave the waiting line until entering.
【For those entering through the SOCIO gate】
Please return by 12:15
【For those entering through the general gate】
Please return by 12:30 p.m.

□ For reserved seat holders (SOCIO and general)
① Organizing the waiting line inside the venue (from 9:00 a.m.)
Please line up in the waiting area at the main gate on the day of the match. After reserving your spot, you may leave the waiting line.
※You cannot reserve a spot from two days before.
※Customers with reserved seat tickets can enter from the main gate regardless of the seat type.

② Preparing for Entry (30 minutes before opening)
Please return to the waiting area for those who have reserved their spots, 30 minutes before the opening time that applies to everyone.
Those who are not present at the gathering time will have their reserved spots invalidated. After returning to the waiting line, you cannot leave the waiting line until entering.
【For those entering through the SOCIO gate】
Please return by 12:15
【For those entering through the general gate】
Please return by 12:30 p.m.

□ For Visitors in the Unreserved Seating Area
① Organizing the Waiting Line Outside the Venue (May 7 (Sat) from 10:00 a.m.)
Please reserve your spot in order using PET bottles at the designated location (see below, "PET Bottle Placement Area").
※As a general rule, please use PET bottles to reserve your seat. For anything else (such as duct tape), please follow the instructions of the security personnel on the day.

②Movement inside the stadium (9:00 a.m. on match day)
The club will move the PET bottles to the waiting line area inside the stadium (see "Waiting Line Area" below). There is no need for the representative or anyone else to come to the stadium at this time.
If you are waiting in line after 9:00, please line up at the end of the waiting line area.

③Preparation before entering (30 minutes before opening)
All those who have reserved a spot, please return to the waiting area by 12:30. If you are not present at the gathering time, your spot reservation will be invalidated.
After returning to the waiting line, you cannot leave the waiting line until you enter.

[PET BOTTLE STORAGE]

【BETO】
・Please write the match date, order, representative name, and number of people on the PET bottle. (Refer to the figure below, sample photo)
・Only one PET bottle per person is allowed to be placed. If it is confirmed that more than one PET bottle is placed by one person, the reservation of all PET bottles will be invalidated.
・ The number of people allowed to enter together with one bottle is limited to 5 individuals (including the person who brought the bottle).
・Please note that the club cannot be held responsible for the loss or misplacement of PET bottles.

Waiting Line Area

[Notes]
・After 22:00 on May 6 (Fri) (Home General Admission, Back General Admission), please follow the instructions of the security guards when starting to set up PET bottles on the day before the match (Visitor General Admission).
・Please note that parking on the streets or in nearby store parking lots without permission, including on game days, is strictly prohibited and may cause inconvenience.
・The waiting area may be subject to change. Please check the official website or other official sources for information before visiting.
・We kindly ask for your cooperation with the management to avoid any unnecessary troubles.
