In games during the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to the J.League common spectator manners & rules, we will proceed with preparations in accordance with the J.League COVID-19 Infection Control Guidelines newly established as a measure against the novel coronavirus infection.
There is a possibility that restrictions, transition periods, and operating methods may change suddenly depending on the spread of the new coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions of each local government.
□About J-League's unified prohibition rules
FC Tokyo conducts safety management and security measures for providing a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors, based on the management regulations. When attending matches, we kindly ask for your support in accordance with the spirit of fair play, as well as compliance with the prohibited items within the stadium, J-League unified prohibited rules (J-League common match manners & rules), and management regulations.
Please note that the J-League or each club will make the final decision on whether or not the act in question violates the match operation management regulations.
※ If prohibited acts or acts that pose security problems as stipulated in the management regulations are committed, you may be asked to follow the punishment of being expelled or banned from entering.
Furthermore, please be aware that you may also be prohibited from entering other matches at stadiums where you have committed violations.

Regarding filming and use of footage inside the stadium during game broadcasts, etc.
Video footage taken for the purpose of broadcasting during matches (including the concourse)
(including individual portraits of visitors, banners, flags, chants, etc.) in whole or in part (including still images) may be used for the following purposes other than broadcasting during matches, so please be aware in advance.
(1) Use on large video screens inside the stadium and various monitors installed in the venue
(2) Use in J-League and club official media
(3) Use in news programs, related media, etc.
(4) Use in video works and various sales items produced by J-League or designated individuals (including partner companies)
Things required of all visitors
(1) If you are feeling unwell, please have the courage to refrain from attending.
・If you have symptoms such as a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell.
・If you have received a positive diagnosis and are under behavioral restrictions by a medical institution (including cases where you tested positive before the diagnosis).
・If there are suspected infections among your cohabiting family members or close acquaintances.
・If you have traveled to countries or regions that require entry restrictions or observation periods as mandated by the government within the last 14 days, and are under behavioral restrictions from public authorities.
(2) Please refrain from handshakes and hugs.
(3) Please maintain social distance (during entry and exit, in restroom lines, etc.).
※ Especially just before the match starts and during halftime, restrooms and concession stands may be crowded, so please use them at different times if possible.
(4) Please wear a mask at the stadium.
※ We recommend using non-woven fabric masks for their high collection effectiveness.
※ As per the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, please continue to wear masks as a preventive measure even after vaccination.
※ Staff will approach those not wearing masks, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
※ Infants under 2 years old are allowed to enter and watch without wearing a mask, as stated in the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 10 regarding the impact on infants and children). For preschoolers aged 2 and older, wearing a mask is recommended, but if they do wear one, please ensure that parents or surrounding adults pay close attention to the child's condition. If the child is unwell or if sustained mask-wearing is difficult, there is no need to force them to wear one. If not wearing a mask, we ask for cooperation in other infection prevention measures such as social distancing with the parents.
(5) Please wash your hands and disinfect your fingers frequently.
※ From an infection prevention perspective, please bring your own disinfectant (portable bottles, etc.) as much as possible.
(6) Alcohol will be sold.
Consuming alcohol may lead to increased loudness and a higher risk of infection, so if you drink alcoholic beverages, please refrain from speaking loudly and avoid causing inconvenience to other attendees, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in preventing the spread of infection.

When attending the stadium, please bring the following items in addition to your entry ticket.

□ Prohibited items
Unless deemed particularly necessary by the operations and safety personnel, please refrain from bringing prohibited items as per the J-League's unified prohibitions and the following items.
・Bottles and cans
※ Please transfer the contents of bottles and cans into paper cups at the entry gate before entering.
※ Plastic bottles are allowed.
・Other items that may disrupt the operation or progress of the match, or that security personnel deem may cause inconvenience or danger to others.
□ Entry and exit to the stadium
(1) Your temperature will be measured at the entry gate, and you will not be allowed to enter if it is 37.5 degrees or higher.
Even if entry is denied, refunds will not be issued, so please understand this in advance. Additionally, we may ask for your contact information when denying entry.
(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to disinfect your hands.
※ From an infection prevention perspective, please bring your own portable hand sanitizer and disinfect your hands frequently.
(3) We do not organize the waiting line to secure the order of entry before the opening.
Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.
The gate opening time is 120 minutes before the start of the game, but please check the official homepage as it may be subject to change.
※Please come to the venue with plenty of time to allow for social distancing.
※There may be a longer wait time for entry in order to prioritize safety.
(4) Please use the following gates for each seat type as much as possible to avoid congestion. (See the figure below)
・Main 3 Gates: Main SSS Reserved Seat, Main SS Reserved Seat, Main S Reserved Seat
・North 2 Gate: Home UF Reserved Seat, Home Seat
・Back 2 Gate: Back Center UF Reserved Seat, Back Center Reserved Seat, Back UF Reserved Seat, Back Seat, South Side Seat
・South 1 Gate: Visitor Seat
※South Side Seat will be sold sequentially when either Home Seat or Back Seat is sold out.
(5) Re-entry is allowed.

(1) Events will be held with careful consideration of social distancing.

(2) Greetings from the mascot outside the venue and concourse, and details of appearances will be announced on the official website as soon as they are determined.
(3) Food and beverage sales will be conducted.

(5) No smoking areas are installed inside the stadium.
□How to watch
(1) All seats are reserved. It is prohibited to move from your seat during the game.(Moving to the front of the stand to cheer for the players, moving to a dry area during rain, etc.). Please watch the game from your designated seat.
(2) Lower home and visitor seats can be used as standing areas for cheering. The standing area does not require standing. It is an area where you do not have to tell people standing to "please sit down". Standing and watching in other areas is prohibited.
(3) Spectators wearing visitor merchandise are only allowed in the following areas.

(4) Outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid actions that pose a risk of infection, such as speaking loudly, singing, cheering, and crowding.
(5) According to the J.League's new coronavirus infection response guidelines, we will implement infection prevention measures by formulating an "infection prevention safety plan" as designated by the government or prefectures, and the stadium capacity for the 2022 season will be available for sale without "seat spacing". However, for this match, please watch the game with a checkerboard pattern by leaving one seat empty in front, behind, left, and right.

Support Style
(1) The following cheering actions are prohibited.
・Encouraging support (excluding leading hand clapping with drums)

・Support using big flags
・Actions such as displaying gate flags in seats that may inconvenience other spectators
・Continuous standing during the match (excluding lower level home seats and visitor seats)

・Available noisemakers: Drums only (no other noisemakers can be used)

(3) Regarding the use of large flags
・Definition of a large flag: Flag part (vertical 1m or more × horizontal 1m or more) + pole 1m or more
※If the size of the flag part and the pole is 1 meter or more in any one place, it will become a large flag.

The organizer may prohibit the bringing in and use of items that are deemed to be defamatory, slanderous, racist, for advertising purposes, against public order and morals, or otherwise inappropriate for the match venue.
□Prohibited Actions
Unless deemed particularly necessary by the operations and safety personnel, please refrain from any actions that are absolutely prohibited by the J-League and the following items in any facility.
・The display or actions of banners (flags, streamers, etc.) that could be perceived as defamatory or discriminatory are prohibited. If it is judged as defamatory or discriminatory by common sense or by our club, we will remove the displayed items, issue a warning for the actions, and if they do not stop, they will be asked to leave. Additionally, if such prohibited actions are taken, there may be a ban on entry for subsequent matches.
・The use of tape when attaching banners.
・The bringing in and use of confetti, paper tape, and balloons.
・The use of laser pointers.
・Throwing any objects from the stands, including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs.
・Intentional reservation of space (flags, strings, tape, flagpoles, etc.). For more details, please check here.
・The bringing in and use of drums and large flags outside of designated areas.
・Actions such as "straddling, sitting, or standing" on the front fence of the stands.
・Standing on chairs or placing feet on the backrest of chairs while watching or cheering.
・Leaning over from the front of the upper stands while watching or cheering.
・Group cheering activities in the concourse.
・Actions recognized by security personnel as obstructing the operation or progress of the match, or that may cause inconvenience or danger to others.

The display locations for banners (flags, streamers, etc.) are designated. Please refrain from displaying them outside of the specified locations. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying.

Also, banner display after the opening is also possible.
