Regarding manners for the 3/15 Iwata match

In games during the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to the J.League's common spectator manners and rules, we will also be following the "J League's COVID-19 Infection Control Guidelines as part of our preparations.
There is a possibility that restrictions, transition periods, and operating methods may change suddenly depending on the spread of the new coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions of each local government.


□About J-League's unified prohibition rules
FC Tokyo conducts safety management and security measures for providing a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors, based on the management regulations. When attending matches, we kindly ask for your support in accordance with the spirit of fair play, as well as compliance with the prohibited items within the stadium, J-League unified prohibited rules (J-League common match manners & rules), and management regulations.
Please note that the J-League or each club will make the final decision on whether or not the act in question violates the match operation management regulations.
※ If prohibited acts or acts that pose security problems as stipulated in the management regulations are committed, you may be asked to follow the punishment of being expelled or banned from entering.
Furthermore, please be aware that you may also be prohibited from entering other matches at stadiums where you have committed violations.

Regarding filming and use of footage inside the stadium during game broadcasts, etc.
Video footage taken for the purpose of broadcasting during matches (including the concourse)
(including individual portraits of visitors, banners, flags, chants, etc.) in whole or in part (including still images) may be used for the following purposes other than broadcasting during matches, so please be aware in advance.
(1) Use on large video screens inside the stadium and various monitors installed in the venue
(2) Use in J-League and club official media
(3) Use in news programs, related media, etc.
(4) Use in video works and various sales items produced by J-League or designated individuals (including partner companies)


Things required of all visitors


(1)無理な来場は、勇気をもって、見合わせてください。
・体調がよくない場合(例:37.5℃以上の発熱、咳、喉の痛み、だるさ、味覚嗅覚の異常などの症状がある場合)
・陽性診断を受け医療機関等により行動制限を受けている場合(陽性診断前でも検査で陽性判定を受けている場合)
・同居家族や身近な知人に感染が疑われる方がいる場合
・過去14日以内に政府から入国制限、入国後の観察期間を必要とされている国、地域等への渡航歴があるなどして公的機関より行動制限の陽性を受けている場合
(2) 握手、抱擁などは行わないでください。
(3) 社会的距離を確保してください。(入退場時、トイレの列など)。
※特に試合開始直前やハーフタイムのお手洗いや売店などは混雑いたしますので、出来る限り別の時間帯にご利用ください。
(4) スタジアムでは必ずマスクを着用してください。
※捕集効果の高い不織布製を推奨いたします。
厚生労働省の発表の通り、ワクチンを接種した後も引き続き感染予防対策としてマスク着用をお願いいたします。
※マスクを着用していない方にはスタッフよりお声掛けさせていただきますので、ご理解・ご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
※2歳未満の乳幼児は、厚生労働省の発表(乳幼児、小児への影響について問10)の通り、マスクを着用していなくても入場・観戦が可能です。2歳以上の未就学児はマスクの着用を推奨しておりますが、マスクを着用する場合は、保護者や周りの大人が子どもの体調に十分注意した上で着用してください。本人の調子が悪かったり、持続的なマスクの着用が難しい場合は、無理して着用させる必要はありません。マスクを着用しない場合、感染の予防は、保護者とともにソーシャルディスタンス等の他の感染防止策へのご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
(5) 手洗い、手指消毒をこまめに行ってください。
※感染防止の観点から消毒液(携帯型ボトル等)をなるべくご持参ください。
(6) アルコールの販売を行います。
飲酒をすることで気が大きくなってしまい、大声を発しやすくなる等、感染リスクが上がる可能性がありますので、アルコール飲料を飲まれる方は、大きな声を発しない、周囲の来場者に迷惑をかけない等、感染拡大防止へのご理解とご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
※アルコール飲料は各売店の営業終了まで販売いたします。
※ビン・カンの容器は紙コップへの移し替えをお願いいたします。


□新しい観戦時の持ち物
スタジアムに来場される際は、入場チケットに加え、以下の物をお持ちください。
・マスク
・ハンカチ


□持ち込み禁止物
運営・安全責任者が特に必要と認めた場合を除き、Jリーグ統一禁止事項の持ち込み禁止物および次の各号に掲げる物を施設に持ち込まないようお願い致します。
・ビン、缶類
※ビン・缶の中身は、入場ゲートにて紙コップに移し替えのうえご入場ください。
※ペットボトルは持ち込み可能です。
・その他試合の運営または進行を妨害し、他人に迷惑または危険を及ぼす等の恐れがあると警備従事員が認める物


□スタジアムへの入退場
(1) 入場ゲートで体温を測定し、37.5度以上の場合は入場できません。
入場をお断りする場合でも払い戻しはいたしませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。また、入場をお断りする際に、お客様の連絡先をお伺いする場合がございます。

(2) すべての入口に手指消毒液を設置いたします。必ず手指の消毒を行ってください。
※感染防止の観点から消毒液を携帯型ボトル等で持参いただき、こまめに手指消毒を行ってください。

(3) We do not organize the waiting line to secure the order of entry before the opening.
Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.
The gate opening time is 90 minutes before the start of the game, but please check the official homepage as it may be subject to change.
※Please come to the venue with plenty of time to allow for social distancing.
※There may be a longer wait time for entry in order to prioritize safety.

(4) Please use the following gates for each seat type as much as possible to avoid congestion. (See the figure below)
・Main 3 gates: Main SSS reserved seat, Main SS reserved seat, Main S reserved seat
・North 2 gate: Home UF reserved seat, Home seat
・Back 2 gate: Back center UF reserved seat, Back center reserved seat, Back UF reserved seat, Back seat, South side seat, Seven Eleven seat
・South 1 gate: Visitor seat
*South side seat will be sold sequentially when either the home seat or back seat is sold out.


(5) Re-entry is allowed.
Re-entry gates: Main 4 gates, Back 3 gates (see diagram above)
Re-entry hours: Open (scheduled for 17:30) until halftime [when temporarily leaving]
Please present your ticket stub or QR ticket at the gate to receive a re-entry card.

(6) There will be no regulatory expulsion, but we ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures such as adjusting the time.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining distance from those around you when exiting the venue.


□Events and Stalls
(1) Events will be held with careful consideration of social distancing.
※Information regarding the events to be held will be provided on the official homepage, etc.
(2) Greetings from the mascot outside the venue and concourse, and details of appearances will be announced on the official website as soon as they are determined.
(3) Food and beverage sales will be conducted.
※Information about the food and beverage vendors that will be implemented will be provided on the official homepage, etc.
(4) Merchandise sales will be conducted.
※The stores where the event will be held will be announced on the official homepage, etc.
(5) No smoking areas will be established inside the stadium.


□Viewing Method
(1) All seats are reserved. Moving from your seat during the event is prohibited. (For example, moving to the front of the stand to cheer for players, or moving to a dry area during rain). Please enjoy the event from your own seat.
(2) Lower home and visitor seats can be used as standing areas for cheering. The standing area does not require standing. It is an area where you do not have to tell people standing to "please sit down". Standing and watching in other areas is prohibited.
(3) Spectators wearing visitor merchandise are only allowed in the following areas.
Visitor seats, Main SS designated seats south side, Main S designated seats south side

(4) Outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid actions that pose a risk of infection, such as speaking loudly, singing, cheering, and crowding.
(5) According to the J.League's new coronavirus infection response guidelines, we will implement infection prevention measures by formulating an "infection prevention safety plan" as designated by the government or prefectures, and the stadium capacity for the 2022 season will be available for sale without "seat spacing". However, for this match, please watch the game with a checkerboard pattern by leaving one seat empty in front, behind, left, and right.
※Please note that due to the structure of the stadium, there may be areas where seats are not regularly arranged. Thank you for your understanding in advance.


Support Style


(1) The following cheering actions are prohibited.
・Encouraging support (excluding leading hand clapping with drums)
・Cheering by singing and shouting, whistle blowing
・Use of megaphones including Tramega
・High fives, shoulder hugging
・Support using big flags
・Actions such as displaying gate flags in seats that may inconvenience other spectators
・Continuous standing during the match (excluding lower level home seats and visitor seats)
※Applause and hand clapping are allowed.

(2) Regarding the use of musical instruments
・Available noisemakers: Drums only (no other noisemakers can be used)
・Seats available for drum usage:
1. Some of the lower home seats (seat numbers: N17 161-174, N16 161-174, N15 161-173)

2. Visitor Lower Seats

(3) Regarding the use of large flags
・Definition of a large flag: Flag part (vertical 1m or more × horizontal 1m or more) + pole 1m or more
※If the size of the flag part and the pole is 1 meter or more in any one place, it will become a large flag.

※Please note that it is prohibited to enter areas other than designated areas in order to ensure the safety of all visitors.
※Please be sure to pay close attention to the surrounding customers when using the large flag.
The organizer may prohibit the bringing in and use of items that are deemed to be defamatory, slanderous, racist, for advertising purposes, against public order and morals, or otherwise inappropriate for the match venue.


□Prohibited Actions
Unless deemed particularly necessary by the operations and safety manager, please refrain from any actions that are absolutely prohibited by the J League and the following items in any facility.
・The display of banners (flags, streamers, etc.) or actions that could be perceived as defamatory or discriminatory is prohibited. If it is judged as defamatory or discriminatory by common sense or by our club, we will remove the displayed items, issue a warning for the actions, and if they do not stop, you will be asked to leave. Additionally, if such prohibited actions occur, you may be subject to a ban on entry for subsequent matches.
・The use of tape when attaching banners.
・The bringing in and use of confetti, paper streamers, and balloons.
・The use of laser pointers.
・Throwing of all objects including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs from the stands.
・Intentional reservation of space (flags, strings, tape, flagpoles, etc.). For more details, please check here.
・The bringing in and use of drums and large flags outside of designated areas.
・Actions such as "straddling, sitting, or standing" on the front fence of the stands.
・Standing on chairs or placing feet on the backrest of chairs while watching or cheering.
・Leaning over from the front of the upper stands while watching or cheering.
・Group cheering activities in the concourse.
・Actions recognized by security personnel as obstructing the operation or progress of the match, or that may cause inconvenience or danger to others.


□Regarding the Display of Banners (Flags, Streamers, etc.)
The display locations for banners (flags, streamers, etc.) are designated. Please refrain from displaying them outside of the specified locations. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying.

For those who are preparing banners in advance, please gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Triangle Plaza" inside the stadium grounds 120 minutes before the opening. Please note that temperature checks will be conducted for those who are preparing in advance, and if the temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, you will not be allowed to enter, so please understand in advance. Also, banner display after the opening is also possible.
・Visitor Team's Banner
It will be displayed after the opening. Pre-display is not possible.
※Please confirm with the staff in advance before posting and follow their instructions.
※The use of gum tape when attaching banners is prohibited.


□Other
・Please arrive at the stadium after the opening time when visiting.
・Please refrain from waiting near the player bus area or the staff entrance.
・Please do not come to the stadium or its vicinity if you do not have a ticket.
・If you would like to leave your stroller, please inform the staff at the entrance.
・There is no general parking at Ajinomoto Stadium, so please use public transportation.
