Please note that due to facility and infection prevention measures, we will limit the number of participants to 100 people.

・Please refrain from applying if you have had a fever since Nov 9 (Tue).
・Before applying, please be sure to check the notes for the day below and apply only if you agree.
・Only one application per member is allowed. (If multiple applications are submitted, all will be invalidated.)
・Only the registered member may participate.
・The practice start time may change suddenly. In that case, the event time will also change, so please understand in advance. If the start time changes, we will notify you at the email address provided at application.
・If the practice is suddenly canceled, this event will also be canceled. Please understand in advance. If canceled, we will notify you at the email address provided at application.

□ Notes for the Day
・Companions (including preschool children) are not allowed to enter. Only the selected member may participate. * Please note that we cannot take care of children during observation.
・Wearing a mask is mandatory during the practice observation (face shields or mouth guards alone are not allowed).
・Please refrain from coming if you have a fever or feel unwell on the day.
(If it is obvious that you are unwell during observation, you may be refused entry.)
・There is no parking lot at Kodaira Ground. Please refrain from coming by private car or motorcycle.
・We will specify the location for you to visit in advance.
・Please note that there are no chairs provided at the viewing area. However, you are welcome to bring your own portable chairs. (Please refrain from using vinyl sheets or mats.)
- Please refrain from eating at the Kodaira Ground. Also, please take your trash with you.
・The event will proceed in case of rain. As there is no roof at the viewing area, please bring your own rain gear.
・There is no indoor resting area. Please prepare your own measures against the cold.
・Player calls and cheers are prohibited. We only allow applause for players before and after practice.
・There will be no interaction with players after practice. Also, please note that we do not accept gifts for players in advance.

[Regarding photography on the day]
・On the day, there is no problem with taking photos and videos for personal enjoyment.
・Posting photos and videos before the start of practice and after the end of practice on SNS is allowed. However, posting photos and videos related to the practice on the day of the observation session, as well as posting articles related to the practice (practice content, members, the state of Kodaira Ground, etc.) on SNS such as Twitter and Instagram, is prohibited. If posts are confirmed at a later date, we will no longer be able to hold events like this in the future, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
