FC Tokyo will hold a soccer tournament called "FC Tokyo Winter Cup 2021 presented by Sieg Corporation" for 6th graders.
For the first time, we will hold a tournament targeting 6th graders from boys' clubs and teams that are active in Tokyo. This tournament aims to create memories of soccer life for 6th graders who have often had their tournaments and matches canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We sincerely look forward to the participation of many teams after confirming the overview and tournament guidelines below.

To provide a venue for tournaments and matches for 6th grade elementary school students whose tournaments and matches have been canceled or postponed, and to create memories of their soccer life.

* This is not a tournament participation format with accommodation. It will be a two-day tournament for day trips.

□Eligibility
・Teams consisting mainly of 6th graders from youth organizations and club teams active in Tokyo
・Teams that have completed the required application procedures
・Teams where all members are enrolled in sports injury insurance
・Teams that can participate until the end of the tournament schedule (including reserve days)
・Participants who have obtained parental consent for participation
・Teams that can accept the policies and instructions of the tournament organizers (infection control measures, etc.)
・Teams consisting of at least 8 players (up to 16 players) in principle
□Participation Fee
10,000 yen (tax included) / team
□Tournament Format
・Rules in accordance with the Japan Football Association competition regulations.
・Day 1: League matches with 4 teams in each block
Day 2: League matches with 3 teams based on rankings and ranking matches
・Each match will consist of two halves of 15 minutes (total of 30 minutes), with a 5-minute halftime break.
・The pitch size will be 68m x 50m in principle.
・The referee will be a single referee, and mutual refereeing will be conducted between the competing teams.
・The ball will be a size 4 ball, provided by the organizers.
・The maximum number of registered players per team is 16.
・Each team is scheduled to play 3 matches in one day.
(Training matches and friendly matches cannot be conducted)
