Using a highly accurate body composition analyzer (InBody), we will measure your muscle mass and body fat. Based on the measured values, we will provide you with an advice sheet on how to manage your weight and body composition for maintaining and improving your health.


(2) "Challenge the Athletes! Physical Fitness Test"
We will conduct a vertical jump measurement. Let's understand your physical fitness by comparing it with the athletes' values!
