≪Conditions for Qualification for the 32nd Emperor's Cup All Japan Youth (U-15) Soccer Championship≫
64 teams will participate in the Kanto tournament, divided into 4 blocks of 16 teams each, competing in a knockout tournament, with each block's winner earning the right to participate in the national tournament.
