In Class 4-3, where the protagonist Maruko of "Chibi Maruko-chan" attends, there are many classmates, and Kenta (Kenta HASEGAWA), who loves and excels at soccer, is one of them. In fact, this Kenta is modeled after FC Tokyo's Kenta HASEGAWA. The original author of "Chibi Maruko-chan", Momoko Sakura, and Director HASEGAWA were classmates in elementary school and even shared the same class at one point.
