J-League has been conducting matches with a "super strict state of emergency" and a "limit of 5,000 spectators" for matches after July 10 to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection.
As announced by the J-League yesterday, starting from September 19 (Sat), in the matches held under the super strict measures, "the upper limit of the number of spectators will be set at 50% of the capacity. However, for stadiums with a capacity of over 17,000 people, efforts will be made to gradually relax the restrictions from around 30%."

In accordance with the J.League's official release stating that "the number of attendees and the applicable timing will be determined by the host club, considering the local infection situation and stadium configuration," FC Tokyo has decided, based on the ticket sales schedule and the infection situation in Tokyo, to maintain the current "maximum attendance of 5,000 people" throughout September and is considering a gradual easing starting from the home games in October.
We will inform you of the details as soon as they are decided.
To ensure that fans and supporters who come to the venue can enjoy watching the game with peace of mind, we will strictly adhere to and implement the league's guidelines for preventing the spread of the new coronavirus. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to visitors, such as temperature checks at the time of entry, but we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in strengthening infection prevention measures.
