FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Futsal Class (Male and Female Super Beginner Class)" and the "Over 50 Futsal Class" in October due to popular demand. The venue will be the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".
Both want to kick the ball! Want to learn the basics of futsal! Want to enjoy futsal! This is a futsal class for absolute beginners.

Starting this month, we will be holding an "Over 50 Futsal Class". Even if you have been hesitant to play with younger people until now, please take this opportunity to participate!

"Adult Futsal Class (Men's and Women's Super Beginner Class)"
※ The super beginner class is for those who have never experienced or learned soccer or futsal before. Those with experience in soccer or futsal are kindly asked to refrain from participating.
"Over 50 Futsal Class"
※ This class is for individuals aged 50 and over. There are no level requirements, but participants will enjoy playing futsal together. It will be a relaxed and easy class, so those who wish to play seriously are kindly asked to refrain from participating.

Course Introduction
We will proceed as follows:
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (Based on the basics = stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (Applying what was learned in Training 1)
・Game (Small groups, such as 5 vs 5)
This class is aimed at beginners and those over 50, so the focus will be on basic practice. It is also safe for those who are kicking a ball for the first time or have never exercised before to participate.

・Other coaches in the promotion department will be in charge. (The responsible coach may change depending on the schedule)
□Participation fee
2,200 yen per session (including insurance and tax)
*Regarding payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue: First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo staff) via cashless payment. Credit cards and transportation-related electronic money are available.
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).
*If it is past 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount 2,200 yen) will be incurred, so please be careful. Also, in case of no-show without notice, you may be declined in future lotteries. The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.

・Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). You will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes, so please understand. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
・We are preparing the ball here.
・There is a changing room.
・Regarding personal information such as your address and name, we will use it to contact you and provide information related to FC Tokyo.
