Until now, we have not clearly organized the waiting lines for entry before the venue opens. To improve this, we conducted trials last season to verify and consider the operational methods, but we apologize for any inconvenience caused due to the unfamiliarity of the process. We sincerely apologize once again. Based on this, starting from February of this year, we will operate and implement the waiting lines for entry as described below. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

(1) Regarding the response for free seating SOCIO after the opening, we have changed the regrouping time if you move away from the waiting line area after moving to it.
＜Before the change＞Please return to the waiting line up to 1 hour before the opening time of SOCIO.
＜After the change＞ Please return to the waiting line 30 minutes before the opening time of SOCIO.
1. Implementation Method
(1) For Free Seating SOCIO
① Before entering Ajinomoto Stadium premises (hereinafter, before opening)
・The order of entry for SOCIO priority will be determined separately for each gate (North, Back).
・Only securing a spot with a plastic bottle (※) will be considered valid for reserving a place before opening.
・The time for reserving a spot will start from 22:00 two days before the match.
Example: For a match with a kickoff at 14:00 on Feb 29 (Sat), it will start from 22:00 on Feb 27 (Thu).
Any reservations made before this time will be considered invalid.
・The location will be at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Side Triangle Plaza" on the stadium premises. (Refer to the diagram below for the PET bottle storage area)
・Please follow the security guard's instructions when setting up PET bottles two days before the match.
- Placing bottles to reserve seats will be implemented to determine the order of entry at the time of opening. SOCIO members can still have priority entry without reserving seats.

※About PET bottles
Please write the match date, order, representative name, and number of people on the PET bottle. (Refer to the diagram and sample photo below)
・You can only place one PET bottle per person. If the installation of two or more PET bottles is confirmed, the order with all PET bottles will be invalidated.
・The number of people who can enter together with one PET bottle is limited to 5 people (including the person who brought it).
・Please note that the club cannot be held responsible for the loss of PET bottles and similar items.

②After Opening
・On the day of the match, please gather at the designated time and once preparations are complete, we will move to the waiting area in front of each entrance gate on the Ajinomoto Stadium premises (hereinafter referred to as the waiting line area).
・It is fine for one representative to gather.
・The meeting time is 9:00 for day games (games with a kickoff before 16:00) and 10:00 for night games (games with a kickoff after 16:00). (The travel time may be shortened depending on ticket availability and weather conditions. We will inform you through our website, etc., as necessary)

・After moving to the waiting line area, you may leave the line. However, please be sure to return to the waiting line at least 30 minutes before the SOCIO gate opening time. At that time, up to 5 people entering together must all line up. (Those not present at the meeting will be considered invalid)
・If you line up after moving to the waiting line area, please join at the end of the line in the waiting line area.
・Absolutely no cutting in line is allowed.
(2) For designated seat SOCIO members
・You cannot reserve a spot in front of the main gate before opening.
・Please line up in the waiting line area at the main gate on the day of the match. In principle, for day games (kickoff before 16:00), you may line up from 9:00, and for night games (kickoff at or after 16:00), from 10:00. (The time to move may be earlier depending on ticket sales or weather. We will notify you on the website as needed)

・For those who are not SOCIO members (general public), please line up directly in the waiting area from 9:00 for day games and from 10:00 for night games on the day of the match. (The travel time may be shortened depending on the ticket sales situation and weather conditions. We will inform you through our website, etc.)
・Please refrain from parking on the street in the vicinity as it may cause inconvenience.
