Delivery of □ annual tickets
Regarding the shipment of annual tickets, it will be as follows, so thank you for your understanding. If you have applied for club support membership at the same time, it will be sent together with the annual ticket. If you have not applied at the same time, they will be sent separately.
▷For those who applied by January 5 (Sun)
⇒Shipped on February 7 (Fri)
▷For those who applied between January 6 (Mon) and January 23 (Thu)
⇒Feb 14 (Fri) to Feb 17 (Mon) for shipping
※Please note that you cannot specify the arrival date or time before delivery.
※If you are not available at the time of delivery, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox or similar location. Please contact the phone number listed on the delivery notice and arrange for redelivery.
For those who apply after the above, the delivery will be at the venue of the home games of the Meiji Yasuda J1 League after the match against Yokohama F.Marinos on 2/29 (Sat). Please be aware that there may be delays in receiving your annual ticket due to congestion on the day of the match, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.

※For those who have selected the "Big Shoulder Bag" as their middle or higher membership commemorative goods, we will send the membership set in two separate mailings. Please note that due to postal circumstances, they may not arrive at the same time.
