We have received many opinions from everyone regarding the waiting line for admission on the day of the match, and we have decided to change the operation method for the following two matches.
Regarding the waiting line for admission, we are currently experiencing issues with pre-seat placement, nuisance parking, and cutting in line, which has resulted in inefficient operations and inconvenience to everyone. As a club, we have been exploring ways to resolve these problems, and we have decided to implement a lottery system and use it as a reference for the operation method in the upcoming season. We appreciate your cooperation.
(1) Target Match
・11/23 (Sat) vs Shonan Bellmare (2:00pm Kickoff/Ajinomoto Stadium)
・11/30 (Sat) vs Urawa Reds (2:00pm Kickoff/Ajinomoto Stadium)
(2) Operation Method
①Methods for determining the order
Lottery system by advance application
※Only SOCIO members are eligible. For those who are not SOCIO members, everything remains the same as before.
② Application Method
・Applications will be accepted via the web. (Details will be provided later)
* Registration of a J.League ID and linking with the SOCIO number (One Touch Pass ID) is required for application.

・When applying, you will need to register the following: ① SOCIO number of the representative, ② Name, ③ Number of accompanying persons (up to 5, limited to priority entry participants), ④ Entry gate.
* Please ensure that only the representative applies. If accompanying persons also apply as representatives and try to line up with the earlier sorting number, it may cause gaps in the line during sorting, leading to delays in verification and inconvenience to others, so please refrain from doing so.
* Accompanying persons are limited to priority entry participants. However, for accompanying elementary and junior high school students who are not priority entry participants, one accompanying person is allowed per SOCIO member.

From 10:00 five days before the match to 23:59 three days before
＜Lottery Results＞
We will send the ticket number to the email address registered with J.League ID at 12:00 on the day before the match.
※ Please make sure to set up your email settings to receive emails from the address "@fctokyo.co.jp". We generally do not resend emails.
Method of Sorting Column ③
・We will start organizing the line 1 hour and 30 minutes before the opening time of SOCIO. At this point, please gather everyone, including accompanying individuals.
※Invalid and not applicable for those who have not arrived at this point. Also, if there are missing numbers during the column arrangement, it will take time to confirm and inconvenience those around you, so please be sure to participate.
・The meeting place for column arrangement is as follows. Please enter the venue from the "West Gate". Also, please be careful as the meeting places (A)(B) are different depending on the arrangement number.
(3) Other
① Please note that the entrance to the main SOCIO priority gate will be 5 minutes after the SOCIO opening time.
SOCIO members who do not participate in the lottery can enter from the end of the waiting queue for those participating in the lottery.
③Currently, there is a 15-minute interval from SOCIO entry to general entry as a general rule. However, depending on the situation, general entry may be expedited if the SOCIO waiting line ends smoothly. Please be aware of this in advance.
