FC Tokyo's home town is "Tokyo Metropolis."
We are active in collaboration with various stakeholders in the region, including six cities (Fuchu City, Mitaka City, Chofu City, Kodaira City, Nishitokyo City, and Koganei City) that support us as shareholders, as well as the 23 wards and the island areas.
Through hometown activities, we aim to be a club that contributes to solving local issues while implementing numerous activities that energize the community and bring smiles to as many people as possible, regardless of age or gender.

In addition to the 6 cities (Fuchu City, Mitaka City, Chofu City, Kodaira City, Nishitokyo City, Koganei City) that support FC Tokyo as shareholders, we are also engaged in various activities not limited to soccer in municipalities with which we have concluded comprehensive partnership agreements, as well as in other areas.

Wide Collaboration Agreement with Tokyo Metropolis
In 2023, we concluded a wide collaboration agreement with Tokyo Metropolitan Government. This agreement aims to promote the development of the local community and further improve services for residents by conducting comprehensive and cross-sectional cooperation across multiple policy areas of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, not limited to the sports field. This is the first agreement of its kind for a sports team. Taking this agreement as an opportunity, we are deepening our relationship with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and implementing various initiatives.

Activities in the Hometown
In FC Tokyo's hometown activities, we carry out numerous activities in collaboration with various stakeholders, aiming to bring smiles to as many local residents as possible, regardless of age or gender.
AO-AKA STREET
Together with the executive committee composed of Chofu City and related organizations, we create a lively atmosphere in the city by making the street from Tobitakyu Station on the Keio Line to the stadium a pedestrian-only road during home games.
City's Blue and Red Transformation
With the cooperation of local governments, blue and red decorations have been placed around the stadium, enhancing the experience for visitors.
Courtesy Visit
As a report after the season ends, the players visit the mayors of the municipalities that support the club to express their gratitude for the ongoing support and their enthusiasm for the next season.
Comprehensive Partnership Agreement
We have signed a wide collaboration agreement with Tokyo, in addition to the six shareholder cities, and have established a partnership agreement with Komae City, Kokubunji City, and Shibuya Ward (S-SAP agreement with MIXI, Inc.) to carry out various activities not limited to soccer.
Municipality PR
We are promoting the charm of the city to fans and supporters who attend by conducting municipal PR through booth exhibitions at home games.
Implementation of the Hometown Committee
We are implementing a hometown committee composed of shareholders from six cities, local government officials, chambers of commerce, junior chambers of commerce, and soccer associations. We are fostering dialogue and interaction to collaborate with FC Tokyo and improve the community.
Participation and Cooperation in Local Events
We are exhibiting content such as kick targets that can be enjoyed by both adults and children, participating in local festivals and events held in various places in Tokyo.
Poster Display
Throughout the season, we have displayed FC Tokyo posters at various local stores and facilities.
Streetlight Flag Display
FC Tokyo's original flags are displayed in shopping streets and avenues throughout the city.
Local Promotion
We are broadcasting videos utilizing FC Tokyo players and properties on signage in the area.
Player Elementary School Visit
The FC Tokyo Players Association organizes visits several times a year, where about three players from the team visit elementary schools in Tokyo to interact with the children.
Distribution of Aoaaka Drill Implementation of Utilization Classes
We are introducing the "Aoa Drill," created with the concept of allowing children to enjoy physical activity in accordance with the curriculum, in elementary schools throughout Tokyo. Coaches from the promotion department are visiting schools to facilitate the implementation of these classes.
Implementation of the Smile Caravan
In collaboration with the Board of Education and elementary schools in the city, the outreach coaches visit and conduct classes. It is an experiential lesson to learn the joy of soccer and physical activity.
Collaboration with Special Support Schools
We are collaborating with special support schools to implement exchange programs with children, soccer classes, and dream lessons.
Implementation of Community Resident Invitations
Throughout the season, we are implementing a program to invite local residents to home games in collaboration with various municipalities and organizations in Tokyo.
Senior Exercise Class・ Implementation of Frailty Prevention
In collaboration with local governments and others, we are conducting exercise classes for the elderly, with FC Tokyo's school coaches as instructors. Many people are participating in these exercise classes, which can be enjoyed even by the elderly.
Implementation of Public Viewing
We are collaborating with local governments and communities to hold public viewings for FC Tokyo's away games and other matches. In Fuchu City, many people attended and shared the excitement of the game.
Shareholders 6 City Exchange Soccer Tournament
We collaborate with the football associations of the six shareholder cities to hold an exchange football tournament once a year. This creates opportunities for personnel exchange through football.
Implementation of Inclusive Football Experience
We offer experiences such as deaf soccer and walking football so that anyone can enjoy soccer.
Red Feather Community Chest
We are collaborating with the local social welfare council to promote the Red Feather Community Fund. We are working together with the Chofu City Social Welfare Council on the sale of charity collaboration pin badges and fundraising activities at the stadium.
Various Awareness and Promotion Activities
We are cooperating with awareness-raising activities such as the Orange Ribbon Campaign for Child Abuse Prevention Month, Help Mark, and Pink Ribbon.
Awareness Campaign Against Littering and Vandalism
We are collaborating with the Shibuya Center Shopping Street Promotion Association and Shibuya Ward to prevent littering and graffiti by broadcasting player announcement audio as part of our awareness campaign.
Promotion and Awareness of Easy Japanese
We are conducting awareness activities to ensure that various visitors to the stadium can enjoy their day, including the promotion of 'Easy Japanese' and volunteer activities.
Facility Business
As a base for hometown activities in the community and society, FC Tokyo is also engaged in facility projects.
We provide sports opportunities for a diverse range of ages, from infants and children to adults and the elderly, regardless of the presence of disabilities, centered around facilities. We are working to revitalize the local community in collaboration with local stakeholders.
Soccer and Futsal School
We hold soccer schools, futsal schools, Aozora soccer schools, and Advanced Class soccer schools on a weekly basis. This school caters to a wide range of needs, including children who want to start sports or improve their soccer skills. In addition to skill enhancement, we promote independence and social growth through the joy of kicking a ball.
Grassroots Event
As a place where everyone can enjoy soccer, regardless of age, gender, disability, or soccer experience, we aim to kick the ball with smiles under the theme of "anyone, anytime, anywhere," and we regularly hold various events.
Children's Event
We hold classes and clinics for preschoolers to elementary school students. Coaches from the development department set a theme each month and support skill improvement with personalized encouragement for each individual. Additionally, in one-day match events, participants form teams with different peers, providing opportunities to gain new experiences and values, fostering sportsmanship and cooperation.
Adult Event
Adult classes and clinics conducted by the coaching staff of the Promotion Department, as well as various individual futsal events.
You can participate in various events tailored to individual preferences and levels, such as improving your skills under the guidance of a coach or enjoying futsal in individual sessions.
Regional Cooperation
We are holding events such as a summer festival hosted by the facility on the Keyaki Avenue to provide enjoyment for the local community.
We are conducting soccer classes for people with disabilities in collaboration with Fuchu City, managing the "Fuchu Foris Cup Futsal Tournament" in cooperation with the Fuchu City Soccer Federation, and holding the "(Public Interest) Japan Football Association Certified D-Class Coach Training Course" aimed at training instructors who can convey the joy of soccer to children.
School Management
Regular soccer and futsal schools for children are held at Suginami City (Kami-igusa Sports Center, Shimo-takaido Athletic Ground, Eifuku Gymnasium), Nakano Ward (Nakano Ward Heiwa-no-mori Park), and Kodaira City (Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium). Through soccer, we cultivate a spirit of consideration for friends and a heart that never gives up until the end.
Collaboration with the Board of Education
In collaboration with various educational institutions, we regularly conduct workplace visits for junior high school students, career education for upper-grade elementary school students, and soccer classes for preschoolers and elementary school students.
Government and Community Event Cooperation
We regularly hold events that cooperate with and set up stalls at local festivals and other events, allowing the community to enjoy.
Multigenerational Event
Regular sports events for children and adults are held at Suginami City (Kami-igusa Sports Center, Myoshoji Gymnasium, Shimo-takaido Athletic Ground, Eifuku Gymnasium).
Of course, we hold various sports events, including soccer and futsal.
Event for People with Disabilities
We hold regular football and futsal events for people with disabilities. We collaborate with various foundations, sports associations, and educational institutions to create a system that allows many people to participate.
