Q, how is your current condition and feeling after joining the practice?
A, (in Japanese) I am very well. I am happy to have safely arrived in Japan and to be able to fight as a member of Tokyo. I am grateful to everyone involved with the club for warmly welcoming me. I joined the team practice starting today, and the feeling is good. I want to play in matches soon and contribute to the team. I am also studying Japanese little by little. I will do my best to blend into the team quickly.
Q, What would you like to be called by fans and supporters?
A, Please call me 'Eve'.
Q, What were your thoughts when you received an offer from Tokyo and when you decided to play in Japan?
A, This is my first experience playing in a country other than Brazil, and after receiving the offer from Tokyo, I also consulted with my family. One of the deciding factors for the transfer was my own dream of wanting to play overseas. In addition, the Tokyo staff enthusiastically discussed various matters with me regarding the transfer. After hearing their explanations, I felt that it was an extremely wonderful and professional team, so I decided to transfer to Tokyo.
Q, please tell us your features and strong points.
A, If it is an attacking position, I can play on the right, left, or center—any position. I have mainly played as a forward until now. I want everyone to see my dribbling runs and shots.
Q, I heard that you have played together with Henrique TREVISAN in the past.
A, I played together with Henrique at a club in Brazil. We kept in touch before I came to Japan and when I decided to join. After coming to Tokyo, I met Diego OLIVEIRA for the first time, and now I am learning a lot from him. I am truly grateful for the support from both of them.
Q, What is your motivation for participating in the league?
A, Since coming to Japan, I have been thoroughly preparing to perform well in matches. During this time, I want to communicate well with my teammates and also improve my own condition. I am full of motivation and want to show it through my play. I am also looking forward to it myself, so please look forward to it.
Q, as a team, we have back-to-back home games against Kawasaki Frontale and Tokyo Verdy that we cannot afford to lose.
A, I believe it is a very important match for the club, and if I get the chance to play, I have a strong desire to contribute on the pitch. I want to make sure to prepare well.
