For SOCIO Members

Ticket resale and transfer can be processed through Ticket FC Tokyo. Please refer to the usage guide below for how to list tickets on the official resale platform and how to transfer tickets to acquaintances.

Notes

The information registered with your J.League ID will also be used for your SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP registration. Updating your J.League ID information will automatically update your SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP registration information as well.

OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP Discount Coupon Usage

  • Discount coupon codes can be used from the start of ticket pre-sales for members.
  • The target match will be a home game for FC Tokyo.
  • One discount coupon code can be used per one bill.
  • If you want to cancel the applied discount coupon code, you will need to stop the purchase process once and start over from selecting tickets again.
  • The discount coupon code for your application cannot be reissued.
  • The eligible match for the completed discount coupon code cannot be changed.
  • After applying the discount coupon code, you cannot add another ticket to the cart. If you want to add another ticket, you will need to cancel the purchase process and start over from selecting tickets again.
  • The discount coupon is only applicable to the ticket price, so various fees are not eligible.
  • All types of invitation tickets are eligible for the highest priced ticket at the time of payment.
  • If you wish to change your reserved seat, the payment for the ticket fee will be calculated as "the price of the seat after the change" - "the amount paid when the seat was originally reserved". Please note that if you use a ticket discount coupon or an invitation ticket for all ticket types as a membership benefit and change the reserved seat, the discount amount will not be included in the "amount paid when the seat was originally reserved", so the discount amount will not be deducted from the price of the seat after the change.

By using the discount coupon code listed on your My Page when purchasing match tickets at Ticket FC Tokyo, the applicable amount will be discounted (or you will be invited).

How to Purchase Tickets SOCIO／OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP

SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP members can purchase tickets at member prices before the general ticket sales date.

Annual Ticket Usage Guide SOCIO

SOCIO members can use the SOCIO Seat Change Service, resale, and transfer/distribution procedures from their My Page.

Seat Change

Change to other seats of the same type or upgrade/downgrade to a different seat type

For annual tickets, a fee amount is set for each match, and using that fee amount, you can purchase a different seat for each match.
You can change to other seats of the same type or upgrade/downgrade to a different seat type according to your viewing style for each match (such as when watching with acquaintances or friends).
Additionally, you can also purchase tickets for your accompanying person at the same time when making changes.

* For home games held at the Japan National Stadium, only SOCIO members with home unreserved seats are scheduled to participate in the "0 Yen Seat Acquisition" program; however, tickets acquired through this 0 yen acquisition cannot use the seat change service.

How to Change

  1. Access the Ticket List/QR Issuance Page

    FC Tokyo Tickets

  2. Select a match to change seats

  3. Select Change/Add

  4. Important Notes - Annual Ticket Information - Check Rights Amount - Agree and Select 'Change'

  5. Select the new seat

    * "Seat Change for Season Seats in Progress" will be displayed at the top.

  6. Confirmation of Changes

    * The total amount including fees will be displayed.

  7. Once the modified annual ticket is grayed out and displays 'Seat Changed', the procedure is complete

Important Notes ※ Please be sure to read

  • To use this service, you need to link your J League ID and One Touch Pass ID (SOCIO number).
  • After the service is established, you will not be able to use your original annual ticket seats.
  • Once the service is established, cancellations of transactions are not possible (you cannot return to your original seat).
  • A fee of 220 yen (including tax) will be charged per seat for changes or purchases. The rights amount does not apply to the fee.
  • In the case of a downgrade, there will be no refund of the difference. Even in the case of a downgrade, the rights amount is not applicable to the fee, so a fee of 220 yen (including tax) will be incurred.
  • You cannot change to a sold-out seat type when using the seat change service.
  • Depending on the type of planned ticket, there may be some services that cannot be used.
  • It will be held at home games at Ajinomoto Stadium.
  • For home games held at the Japan National Stadium, SOCIO members with home free seating are expected to implement the "0 yen seat acquisition"; however, tickets obtained after the 0 yen acquisition cannot use the seat change service.

With an annual ticket, you can sell tickets for games you cannot attend to customers who want to watch, making it efficient and worry-free♪

* If the resale is not completed by the service end time, the ticket rights will be returned to the seller.

Listing Price

The listing price varies depending on the match, seat type, and ticket category.
The listing price range will be displayed on the "4. Set Sale Price" screen in the resale listing method below.

About Fees (for Sellers)

The following fees will be deducted from the resale amount, and the remainder will be transferred to your designated account.

  • Resale application fee: 10% of the finalized amount
  • Remittance processing fee: 330 yen (tax included)

    Tickets listed for resale are displayed like this. If the resale has not been completed, you can cancel the listing by clicking the "Cancel Resale" button.

Transfer/Distribution

Tickets for games that cannot be attended can also be given to family and acquaintances.

Transfer/Distribution Method

  1. Access the Ticket List/QR Issuance Page

  2. Select the match/ticket to resell

  3. Click to Transfer/Distribute

  4. Select transfer/distribution method

    • Copy URL
      • Copy the URL and send it by email or other means to the person you are transferring to.
    • Send with LINE
      • Please select the account of the person to transfer to and send a message.

  5. Please access the received URL and issue a QR ticket.

    You can enter directly with a QR code!

Important Notes ※ Please be sure to read

  • If you are transferring multiple seats at the same time, please press the "Select" button for each seat, and then proceed to "Transfer/Distribute."
  • Ticket transfer procedures are the responsibility of the individual. In the event that a ticket is not successfully transferred due to user error, the club will not be held responsible for any damages incurred by the customer or the recipient of the transfer.
  • If the ticket transfer is not successful, entry will not be allowed.
  • Transfer or unauthorized use for profit is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized use is confirmed from the attendance history, there may be cases where usage is suspended or future purchases are refrained from.
  • No viewing history will be attached if you enter with a transferred ticket.

Special Tickets

OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP

By using the discount coupon code listed on your My Page, you can apply it when purchasing tickets for FC Tokyo matches, resulting in a discount (or invitation) on the applicable amount.

How to Use Special Tickets

  1. Access the FC Tokyo ticket (J-League ticket) and select the match you want to watch.

    * Only matches currently on sale will be displayed.

  2. Please select your preferred seat type and proceed with the purchase.

  3. Please enter the discount coupon code (serial key) that has already been provided and press "Apply".

  4. Please confirm that the discount has been applied and proceed to complete the purchase.

    * The invitation ticket valid for all ticket types will apply to the highest-priced ticket at checkout.

  2. Please log in with the J League ID you used when applying for SOCIO or OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP.

  3. Member information linked to the logged-in J League ID will be displayed.

How to switch display when both SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP are linked

  1. Select "Change/Add Membership Card" in the upper right corner

  2. Select the membership card you want to display and choose "Change membership card".

  3. The card displayed when returning to the top of the My Page has been changed.

    Only one SOCIO number and one OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP membership number can be linked to a single J League ID.

Things you can do on My Page

  1. The most recent matches are displayed.

  2. You can display a QR code for match attendance records.

    SOCIO members can check season seat information and seat numbers.

  3. You can check your membership information.

    SOCIO members can check their years of continuous membership and more.
    OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP members can check serial numbers for special benefit tickets and more.

  4. Upcoming match schedules will be displayed.

  5. Announcements for members may be posted.

    There may be separate announcements for SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP.
    If both SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP are linked, the default display will show the membership announcement.

  6. You can check your attendance history for the past three years, including the 2023 season.

    Please note that it may take several days for attendance history to be reflected.
