Satoru ASARI (Academy Director)
He played exclusively for FC Tokyo from the Tokyo Gas era until 2009, appearing in 193 J.League matches as a midfielder. After retiring as a player, he worked in the public relations department, and from 2011 in the strengthening department, where he was responsible for team development and scouting operations, utilizing his extensive experience and network. From 2018, he was involved in player development mainly overseeing the U-15 team as part of the development department, and in 2022 he was appointed Academy Director, overseeing the entire academy organization.
Satoshi MIGITA (Sub Academy Director)
After playing as a DF at Tokyo Gakugei University, he moved on to become a coach. After joining FC Tokyo, he served as a coach for the U-15 team for a long time and became the manager of U-15 Fukagawa in 2007. He was highly trusted by the players and showed his skills in human education. From 2011, he worked in the Promotion Department, was in charge of U-12 development in 2013, and became the U-18 coach in 2014. In 2022, he will demonstrate his abilities as the Sub-Academy Director.
Seidai NISHIKAWA (Head of Coach)
Started his coaching career with the Tsukuba University Soccer Club. While working as a university faculty member, he served as head coach at Saitama Sakae Junior High School and Heisei International University. Afterwards, he moved to the Japan Football Association, where he held positions including National Training Center Coach, Youth Development Sub-Director, and Coach Education Director. Joined FC Tokyo in 2024. Utilizing his extensive experience, he dedicates his efforts as Head of Coaching.

Hirono YAMAGUCHI (U-12 Leader, Development Scout and Development Coach)
After graduating from university, I started coaching at Seijo Football Club. In 2005, I joined FC Tokyo and worked as a coach in the Promotion Department and Development Department. From 2016, I have been in charge of scouting, and from 2018, I have worked in the Strengthening Department. In 2019, I was in charge of U-12 development. Using my experience, I have been working as a U-15 Fukagawa coach since 2020, striving to develop players. My favorite word is "passion".

Tokyo Gas Soccer Club, FC Tokyo, Shonan Bellmare, and Mito Hollyhock have been active as players. After retiring, he made a comeback as a coach for his former team, FC Tokyo. He has coached many players as a member of the Promotion Department, U-15 Musashi Coach, U-15 Fukagawa Coach, and U-18 Coach. Since 2020, he has been a member of the strengthening department scout and has been active as a player acquisition specialist. From 2023, he will use his wealth of experience to work as a development scout.
Takahiro HONDA (Development Scout)
Started coaching career at VIVAIO Funabashi Soccer Club for 9 years. Then, spent 7 years at Mitsubishi Yowa SC and 2 years as a GK coach at Tokyo Verdy Academy. Joined FC Tokyo in 23 years. Utilizing extensive experience coaching from infants to adults, will continue to develop future goalkeepers regardless of gender.
Satoshi Yamaguchi (Development Scout)
Born and raised in Kodaira, played for FC Tokyo U-15 and FC Tokyo U-18 for 6 years. After that, went on to study at Saitama University and learn about soccer and education from various perspectives. Joined the Promotion Department in 2019 and gained experience coaching junior teams. From 2024, will focus on acquiring and developing players as a development scout.
